Yes get the warthog. There will always be people saying they break easy and stuff and use cheap plastics but you get the same with every product out there. If you look after it it will look after you. Simple as that really. Also where are these people getting this info from? I am sure thrustmaster would not tell anyone they were building stick with broken parts even if they were?? Just seems a bit daft to me. I also own a thrustmaster t500rs wheel and pedals and have been using them for over a year and not a problem with it.. Thrustmaster all the way

I had this problem Mark when i installed my new GPU. I ended up doing a complete re-install a week later because i bought a couple of SSDs and ever since then it was fine. If you email them they will sort it out for you. I have a email address if you want it. Just PM me. Sadly by the time i got a email from them i had already re-installed everything..

i have owned the Warthog for 10 months now i have never had a problem with it and it is far superior to the saitek x45 i used to own. warthog all the way:music_whistling:

I got that monitors competitor and it is ok but i am kind of wishing i either went for triple 27" monitors or a single 4k 55" TV now. :doh:

Will your PSU support 2 cards ok? That is something else to look at.

But SLi is dont work well with ALL games and sims. It maybe ok if you are only flying DCS. It isjust i have always found the SLi is more trouble than it is worth to be honest. I used to mess with it but i found myself tweaking things more than playing the sim. Just my opinion.. Cheers

I would not bother with SLi mate. Why not get one gtx 980 instead? Thats what i am running on my LG 3440x1440 and it runs it fine with everything on max..

I been having trouble running flight and racing sims on the same cockpit to.. Ended up buying a GTUltimate from next level racing.

Yeah i second what Archer1 says but if you could stretch to buy a gtx770 that would be the best bet. Also have you took into consideration the money you could get for selling your older parts??

What cpu and graphics card are you running? Because to be honest if i was to be in the same situation again i would have to go for a 4k TV. Ohhwell you learn by your mistakes. lol

Well i am a lucky owner of oculus DK2 and to be very honest with you i dont think it will ever be any good for a hard core flight sim. You need as you need to see your controls. Now using oculus on something like a sim racing is a different story all together. And i just feel that we need so much more resolution to make it really usable and i dont think the technology is there yet.

If i am not mistaken are the saitek Combats the same as the Saitek pros but with metal pedals? I own the Saitek pros with my Warthog and they seem to work just fine and dandy.:)

Nice.. It also makes a difference running a Intel instead of the amd.. I always use to run amd processors and swore that i would never touch a intel until i bought the 3570k and now i will never go back to amd lol... Ohh and the trackir will make a huge difference to your gaming experience.. Wasnt i flying with you last night on the 104th server?

well i am one having trouble in extended mode because my monitor wont go past 60hz but i have only just bought it so i wont be buying another one anytime soon...not at the price a paid for this one lol
