  1. Oh yea, the stall alarm isn't an alarm, it's a Jackhammer, plain & simple. Damn it's been so long since I've flown a SFM, it feels so weird, I almost forgot how bad transition from ground to air or air to ground is. Anyway, the plane looks gorgeous, the GPU is a really nice touch, I'm very satisfied with the in-cabin sounds too (except for the stall alarm ugh), it really sounds like real cabin sounds with that strong ventilation and pressurisation that almost every other modules just ignores completely. Looking forward to the improved flight model!
  2. yup same, I'll try custom keys. I haven't found any break axis though so we can use progressive breaking with rudder pedal sets. Also trying to activate smoke crashed the sessions telling me it cannot open the debreifing file.
  3. You can debate the price all you want, everyone has a different relation to money, everyone has different incomes & everyone values its time in DCS differently. To some it's worth hundreds while others wouldn't spend 10 dollars on it. What's important is that AVIO can get a decent return on investment while hitting the sweet spot in terms of pricing so that the most possible people can afford to buy their module, that is fair. If you want to throw hundreds at AVIO's product because that's truely how much it is worth to you, to a point where you apparently feel the need to write and communicate on it, then do a donation or better yet, gift it to friends that wouldn't buy or can't afford it! But let the other people enjoy a normally priced module. ;)
  4. One of us! One of us!
  5. If the flight models are actually different and both aircrafts handles and react differently and according to the real thing then I can live with a $60 price tag, that's my absolute max though. All in all your price tag isn't unreasonable. ;)
  6. Looks like it's going to be for today. Good news !
  7. Nop, the Beta release date is still in the air somewhere. Hopefully this week.
  8. Thanks for the update. Can we expect a release sometime this week?
  9. It comes later.
  10. Eheh yea I can respect that. ^^
  11. Which is exactly why one wouldn't give precise release dates weeks in advance in the first place. :) Looking forward to enjoying your product, thanks for the update.
  12. Works for me!
  13. Deal!
  14. Indeed. I think giving a precise date in the first place is a mistake, just like telling a release is "imminent" or "very very soon" days after an already missed deadline. In my line of work I have to meet deadlines, if I don't I loose the contract, if I know it's going to be hard to honor a deadline I refuse to give any precise date and stick to best estimates and I certainly don't use words such as "imminent" or "very very soon" but rather "in the next few days" or "during the week". Just food for thoughts. An another note, please don't confound impatience with enthousiasm nor put both crowd in the same basket, these are two very different sentiments. Just my two cents :)
  15. You can't, AioDev said it's in ED's hands. Devs said very very soon a few hours ago is all we know.
  16. Ah nice! I didn't know that thx
  17. Yea :) It work well with a less angular rear.
  18. That rear fuselage breaks quite abruptly I have to say. It's like they chop off the last part of the reactor because of budget constraints.
  19. Thanks for the update, I'm looking forward to its SFM/AFM policy, that will decide for me if I buy it today or not at all. ¡buena suerte! :)
  20. I'd love Civilian aircraft for several reasons, centralize my sim experience and get every aircraft in one sim. Besides the pleasure of flying the aircraft, the mix of civ and military would make for great RP and stunning scenario opportunities/mp sessions. It would only really make sense on much bigger maps though, which would be great. One can dream.

    Mirage F1

    Can't wait! :)
  22. Lovely, thanks for keeping us in the loop!
  23. That's what I hope too, for it mean it will have met other module's standard!
  24. Indeed, the Hawk for exemple has a clickable cockpit yet it's not a "DCS: product", it's instead "a produt for DCS" which is a big difference. FC3 are "modules for DCS", A-10C or Huey for exemple are DCS: modules (DCS: A-10C, DCS: Huey etc).
  25. Thanks but
