  2. Leute die nach dem gestrigen Patch noch DCS starten können beschweren sich dass die F-14 immer noch nicht vom Carrier starten kann. Das dauert also noch länger...
  3. Seit 2.5.6 ist DCS unspielbar geworden. Entweder durch Bugs in den Modulen oder wie jetzt seit gestern durch ein nicht startendes Spiel. Es ist echt deprimierend. Wird wohl mein zweites DCS-freies Wochenende in Folge.:thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown:

  6. Really? Because I tested it with F-18, F-16 and Mirage and all 3 worked fine on my side. Strange...
  7. Hey all, Since today's update when starting up the Tomcat I can't disconnect ground air or external power when the engines are running. The ground crew says "Can't do - idle your engines" But the engines are in idle. No chance to rearm or refuel either. Anybody else with this problem? Edit: Tested all the jets, except the Tomcat all others can rearm and refuel while idling. So I guess this is a Tomcat specific bug. Please find attached trk-file. Thanks!   9. It used to put you on the right position. Now it just raises the blast shield when your on the correct position. I hope they've implemented the start blocks on the new Kusnetzov model.

    Did you activate the AAR switch on the left wall panel? Without the switch in either Day or night refueling position you won´t receive fuel.:smilewink:
  11. There are already multibomb racks. 6x FAB-100 and 6x FAB -250 iirc.
  12. My guess is that it will stay that way until a modder will take on that matter. Until then you have two workaround options: the knee board which is quite useful for getting a guess which waypoint is selected, or using the NS430 navigation unit which is pretty cool for that purpose.
  13. Unfortunately it is like that in RL. The three versions we have in DCS only have the HUD duplicated on the HDD. For situational awareness you need an AWACS.
  14. There is no clickable cockpit in DCS afaik. With the PFM update of the MiG-29 some switches have been animated. So when clicking the key on your keyboard you can see the switch move in the cockpit.
  15. Your selected target needs to have the H OFF (hand off) above it, by pressing the uncage button.

  17. 8000? I always thought the tach is calibrated in percent of maximum engine power. You mean 80%?
  18. So it's a DCS problem, not a Gazelle problem. Tbh I think it's just a scripting thing. If you're in a fighter the AWACS answers, if not it won't.

  21. So nicht ganz richtig. Der Litening nutzt den Laser zur Slant Range Bestimmung um eine genauere Positionierung des Targets zu erlauben. Das macht er automatisch mit der Erfassung des Ziels, aber nur wenn der Laser Power Schalter on ist. Das bedeutet wenn es richtig simuliert ist, sollte es einen Unterschied der Koordinaten geben zwischen Laser an und Laser aus. Zumindest gilt das für den Litening in der F-16.

    Yes, you can program them via ICP. But CMS left is not implemented yet afaik.
  25. As DarcWaynard already explained those two switches only power the cheek points. So no way to power off the wing stations. But it's all explained in the training mission and the manual. Edit: The panel is called sensor power panel those 2 cheek points are only used for pods (LANTIRN, SNIPER, HTS).
