Hi, Since JF-17 is almost feature complete and stable, we havent changed code for a long time. When we find that issue coming along with dcs big update and cannot handle from our side, we recommend players to report these issues to ED as well. Since this subforum has fewer visit, reporting it in DCS main bug forum would attract more attention from ED, testers and community. Other players can provide/supplement more data/info/trk to help narrow down/pin-point or even find the root cause [sorry that i'm in covid, and away from computer, so I would not reply quickly] Thanks

the reason is clients cannot see/receive j2.2 msg in MP broadcasted from others. please try channel 200, and see whether a diff freq works i'm in covid and away from pc now

do you mean the 3 cockpit light knob and throttle all made the noise? and even in cold? the sound from throttle detent is different from the 3 knob. i cannot hear anything weird, can anyone please try to move up/down throttle, and see whether can eliminate the noise, if not, then those light knob one by one? and if convenient, please record a video [on hold] if anyone has stable, can you please try to see whether the issue is in stable version? i don't have enough space to install two dcs thanks

it's been a long time since last update (or announcement). Dev is moving at its planned pace. Although a few sub systems have been done, it's still far from release. Thank you for your interest and patience. We would again be in radio silence in the following months. And I believe those great modules brought by other 3rd parties would full-fill the gap.

there was issue if try to get a LL coord not exist in the map, especially EW hemisphere, and there's no modern map cross E/W from either 0 or 180, so I disabled the toggle for E/W.

fixed. but for convenience, will not reset hemisphere (more explained in another thread)

for the 1st time, if no DTC installed and loaded, there's no weapon data cached in system. So you cannot see them in load page. but once DTC installed and loaded, wpn info cached in system, then you can find them in load page

So I guess it’s actually recognized as missile by MAWS not RWR? Actually we tried to check missile engine status but cannot get whether it’s on or off or its fuel level. But will try to do some tricky thing to “determine” whether its engine is still on. Or I misunderstood it. If it’s for RWR, then I would wait for ED to complete their advanced RWR simulation and then solve this issue. So far we can only get limited status to “know” whether we are locked or just spot

If too far, wmd7 cannot stab on ground or lock. It has around 20nm limitation to lock

It’s 2.9 terrain render in camera in distance issue and we can do nothing but need ED help fix it i remember it was gone in 2.8

I did some test and debug i ran two clients on same machine and one for host, the other for client i find that host jf17 can receive the j2.2 msg broadcasted from client jf17 and then host jf17 (slave) can join client jf17's PP datalink (master)\ but client jf17 cannot see j2.2 msg broadcasted from host jf17 i think this should be issue from ED

WFT!!! I don’t know what ED has changed to their basic code of datalink in 2.9. But no doubt break our feature. Will investigate. Can anyone help me verify whether you can still see your wingman’s HPT on HSD in MP?
