  1. Yes I have the issue with all the models I have tested with and while in game (without the menu displaying). Yes if I reduce PD in DCS all is good. It's just with OTT. OTT seems to apply the PD as soon as the game loads and on the whole VR space (i.e. I can see PD going down in oculus home when OTT sees DCS launching and applies its PD), whereas DCS applies it only within DCS, so that might be where the issue lies. In the end, this seems to be a fringe incompatibility with OTT, simply keeping OTT's PD at 1 (potentially above 1 will work too) is an acceptable workaround to me. I wrote it down here for situational awareness and to have it somewhere I can go back to when the issue comes up again and I don't remember what the cause was.
  2. Hi again, so with v. 21.4 and OpenXR toolkit (I have tried v 1.3.0 and 1.3.2) I get a "stripe" as in the attached pic. This doubles while in the headset (one per eye). The stripe is present if I enable Fixed Foveated rendering in OpenXR toolkit. It does not happen with 3dMigoto v 21.3, and I have no clue why? EDIT: it has to do also with OTT (I'm on a Quest 2). If I have the pixel density set to 1.0, the stripe does not display. anything under that seems to make the stripe appear.

  5. no. The dedicated servers cannot run MT, as a client can run MT as much as you want but not as dedicated server, if memory serves.
  6. I have been seeing such lighting issues since MT started. So i have been running with it on "true" since then.

  9. Ah right. No i didn't even try that as I wasn't sure about which version of jre i have installed vs what the requirements are, if any.
  10. It's a breeze. We've done it last year and it all wend smooth. Just make sure you mark your motors disposition before disassembling to minimize headaches.
  11. I have no fn idea. I'm using SIMPLEX 2.7.0.4625 (I keep the original bloom.fx shaders as I like it overdone as ED has made it) + 3dMigoto latest (21.3 as of this writing) and am living quite happy. No big change in performance or quality from the original shaders tho.

  13. We do have a similar one in DCS. the Apache, and honestly, trying to land it on uneven ground is almost as difficult as the 60. I was trying to do that earlier today and between the nose up tendency and the single wheel on the tail, I was getting very similar behavior.
  14. If you mean scratchpad, there's nothing special to setup for the dot to appear on the map.nYou just invoke with its key combo (CTRL+SHIFT+X) I can't remember if i went through with it but i thought of creating an issue on your git to point at scratchpad s method.

  20. So, I've done a thing. Found a way to use this excellent app in VR.
  21. I see the same with an Oculus Q2, MT and OpenXR. I used to see something like this when I enabled frustum culling before with the options.graphics.stereo_mode_use_shared_parser = true in your autoexec.cfg (within ...\Saved Games\DCS\Config\). Looks as if ED had enabled it by default.
  22. I have the same issue with a Q2. I put something on the sensor if I know I have to be off for more than 2 seconds.
  23. NineLine, it would be interesting if we could know what is in, what is left out, what the plans are for integrating this stuff. No pressure, just being curious.
