Yes I agree that a vehicle should be better distinguished from the terrain. Because now is very difficult to spot it.

Yeah, I've noticed a drop FPS after the 1.5.3 apdate. ED simply can't fix something, at the same time something does not spoil. :cry:

So I hope that one day on the ED agenda to come improvement for ground crew&aircraft maintenance, especially when F-18 go out.

Oh, you must first calibrate throttle in the Saitek software, and then in the simulation for each aircraft choose to adjust the axis of each engine. See attached pictures also.

Yes the door opens automatically when your starting point is in the hangar. I am referring to the automatic door opening after landing. Of course, the door should be closed if the player who entering to game, is taken a specific slot ie. that parking space/hangar. For now, this automatic door opening works only for AI aircraft.

I think it is too early. My guess is that it will be next week, however.

I hope in the new version they will correct the problem in MP i.e disable entry players to place/position where there is a player who is already in the game, to avoid they both explode.

I'm a little thought and I remembered - yesterday I installed new drivers and software for TIR. It's possible this is caused improper operation H.U.D and X55 profiler. So I uninstalled everything -H.U.D and drivers for X55, and after that re-installed the latest version v. 7.0.53.6 driver and software. For now, everything is working properly. I'll check tonight when I turn on the TIR whether it will be all right. I hope this will help someone.

It took me a little more time to realize that certain commands sent by the X55 do not work well in DCS. I programmed profile using H.U.D software. When I crashed a couple of times flying in the "Black Shark", I realized the H.U.D command-profile incorrectly sent and recognized by the simulation. After numerous tests, I realized that H.U.D doesn't identify keys LSHIFT and RSHIFT. As you can see from the attached photo. Although command made well eg. "LSHIFT + H" test window and simulation is identified only as H. In the second picture you can see "RSHIFT" also doesn't recognize correctly, instead "RSHIFT+L" we get "SHIFT+L" Can You solve this problem? Regards

I think, such backlighting panels Ricardo's idea to make cockpit looks old and worn out. If you want to lighting looks brightly, without these stains, then only from the original A_10C_C_EDM_TEX (unpack the archive) take file A-10C-CPT-BOARDS-TXTDAY.dds wherein the resolution to be increased to match other textures which are increasingly 4096x4096px. I've done the other way around - I reduced the resolution of some textures and put into the original, because I have a weaker GPU, and at his version lacked the dash to the frequency selector.

Doesn't matter. I've made my combination of texture that I like.

No one answered the dburne question, so I once again asked to clarify us what is the difference, between BOKEH and SIMPLE depth of field?

I use a Saitek X55 about 3 months, and I can say the throttle is satisfying, but pilot stick is not very ergonomic done, because switches are too far away for the thumb, and the touch is not very well different. (e.g. "A" nad "H") Since I previously used X52 for many years, to me missing pinky switch a lot. It's because with that button I doubled the number of commands and much faster I was changing the modes or profiles. I have BSOD due SaiKa215.sys drivers, but the problem is resolved with new drivers as I explained in the post #293.

In singleplayer I have no problem, but last night on the 104th server, I had occasional stutter and freezing until I took-off. Later in flight these problems were much smaller. But after half an hour of playing, on the return to the airport, picture was froze when I looked to the right - toward the runway, and there it remained until I crashed to the ground. I didn't leave DCS, and simulation did not crashed. Will the DCS little better optimize? Do we all have to allocate EUR 1.000 and more for the hardware, to enjoy this simulation?

I have also written to Saitek support about problem that I have with BSOD due SaiKa215.sys drivers, so they sent yesterday to me, new drivers. I have Win7x64 but you have on this link version for 32 bit systems also, if you want to try.
