  1. Thanks Suntsag. I've been making historical bases on the Normandy map using your great mod and was really disappointed last night when my group saw trees that I knew I removed. All I can do now is continue making bases in hopes that ED will correct that situation.
  2. I made a new base with Suntsag's Marsten Mat mod and used a trigger to remove trees along the new runway. When using thus mission in multiplayer, my friends could see the trees that the trigger removed while I had a clear view. When my friend taxied up to it the trees stopped his progress. Any suggestions or fixes?
  3. I made a mission that was flown with some friends in which I used a trigger to remove trees on mission start up. While I saw no trees, those flying on my server saw them blocking the runway on a newly made base. This happened on two other missions also. I thought when you remove trees or objects via a trigger everyone flying that mission would see or not see the same thing. Anyone have any ideas why this is not so in multiplayer?
  4. I see you have a thumbnail of the Biggin Hill layout. Are the runway directions historically accurate? I ask because I'm currently making airfields on the Normandy map as templates via the use of Suntsag's great mod, the Marstan Mat.
  5. These are even better than I imagined. Fantastic work and so easy to use. Congrats and a must have for any mission builder.
  6. Can't wait for this fantastic mod to be released. It will open up so many more mission possibilities on each of the two maps, Cacasus and Normandy. Thanks in advance, Suntsag, for your hard work and dedication in creating this mod.
  7. Why worry about the sound of a plane that we cannot pilot? I would rather the AI plane fly and act as it should. The only time I hear it is when I'm very close to it but I sure don't want it going vertical when I'm that close in a 109 or 190. Use your valuable and talented time on other mods and leave this great one as originally created. It certainly isn't any worse than what the developers have made and are continually trying to fix and this one is free.
  8. Great idea. Would love to see it. I'm sure my group of ten would switch over quickly if this happens.
  9. Another great mod for those who fly mainly WWII planes and scenarios. Thank you so much for all your hard work.
  10. Thanks, philstyle
  11. They look fantastic. When can we have them?
  12. Looks great can't wait to try it out. Now we need to find areas level enough and clear and long enough to create new airfields. Suntsag, do you know of any mod that can clear out trees to make a large enough area for a WWII airfield wherever we would want to create one? Looking down in a 2D view at existing airfields, you can see that large areas have been cleared of tree textures so that an airfield could be placed. Finding level areas without a mod is going to be another problem, though.
  13. I would suggest all the paid for modules and then any moded planes that use the P51, Bf109, Fw190 or FC3 folders/files to become flyable. And thanks in advance for all the hard work.
  14. Request Deacon please.
  15. Can any of these be used for prop planes or are they just good for Helios?
  16. Can't wait till you release it. Thanks so much for this MOD.
  17. Actually, Suntsag, no, it was not the airfields NE of Kutaisi in LM08. I never even saw those. It is the airfield SW of Kobuleti in GG33
  18. Suntsag, thanks so much for this great, great mod. There is a small airfield on the Cacasus map that is not populated which I have made my group's personal airfield. It is now populated with whatever buildings and objects we feel are necessary for WWII scenarios using this map for a substitute for any geographical area imagined. The problem we are having is that when we land after a sortie, we can't rearm or refuel. Is there anything you know of that we can add to allow this. By that I mean any object I may not have considered. I have added warehouses and fuel tanks to no avail. Thanks in advance for any help.
  19. Great mod as are all the mods you make. Thank you for adding so much to this sim. It is much appreciated.
  20. Are those runway lights in the last photo, place able objects? If so, what are they and where are they in the file structure?
  21. I have used the Ju87, He111 and the Ju88 in 2.5.3 and they all work perfectly. Thanks to Hawkeye and his group for all the great mods they gave made. You guys have expanded the possibilities of this sim that the developers might want to look at. If you guys could do these apparently so easily why do they have such problems.
  22. Then the only safe way is to re-purchase, after having purchased them already, any terrains, planes and campaigns that you want and then install them on the laptop. That stinks and smells of gouging by the makers of DCS.
  23. So what you are saying is if you use the desktop today and then the laptop tomorrow, never using both at the same time, you have used an activation. Then if you do this ten times you have used all the activations. If I understand this correctly, I would need to deactivate the desktop if I planned on using the laptop the next day and when I return, then deactivate the laptop and reactivate the desktop to prevent using any activations. Is that correct?
  24. I'm interested in doing the same thing as mytai01, putting DCS on my laptop as I will be out of town for two months. Mainly I'm interested in using the WWII planes and the Normandy map along with Combined Arms. What I don't understand is this activations and their loss. How do I lose them and how many do I have? How do I deactivate on my desktop and then re-activate when I get back home?
  25. If we don't have a static template folder within our saved Games folder, do we just make one?
