If objects are removed by the mission maker, how come they are still seen by clients in multiplayer? This has been reported numerous times and still is not fixed. Can you ask them, Grimes, since the developers seem to be ignoring us on this point.

It's been about a year now, according to the posts in this thread, that this problem or bug has been reported and ED has yet to fix it. There are other things if the same nature of only the server being able to see exactly as the mission was made. I give you scenery and tree removal as an example. They gave no problem putting out new modules to buy but they seem to ignore ongoing bugs send problems with what they already have sold. After a test of waiting, I'd say we are more than patient. Come on ED how about fixing those things we've been reporting. -
It sure would be nice if ED would fix this problem. Too many of us are having trouble with mods based on the P51 and Spit.

Nineline, how about finding out why scenery removal, trees especially, works only in SP and not in MP on all maps within DCS. This has been reported over four months ago and has not been addressed as of yet.

I don't know how many more times this needs to be reported before it is fixed. Maybe if they stopped making new modules before they corrected the problems that EVERYBODY has such as this, they would have less complaints about their products. This isn't something that affects just a few but everybody. What do you say, developers, how about a fix.

Shagrat, where do you find that barbed wire from the WWII Asset pack? Under which group of objects is it located?

I noticed that the plane's main folder does not have a FM folder within it. Is this correct or are we supposed to also copy/paste the P51 FM folder?

You can make grass airfields on any map if you can find an area that is level. I've made many. I've made them with and without the Marsten mod but you will need the Plane Spawn Anywhere mod if you wish to spawn in and take off from those you have made. Search the forum mod section for those mods.

The allies did do this in WWII. I have a number of radio broadcasts from Glenn Miller who had a woman named "Ilsa" who would speak German during the broadcasts over Armed Forces Radio. Additionally, Glenn would also try to speak a few words or phrases in German for those German soldiers listening.

Now that so many great mods have been removed, does anyone have a list of WWII mods that are still available on the forum? Without mods the Normandy map is pretty static.

So because somebody complains, a great mod is removed? I wonder how many other mods are in the same situation. Also if anyone used anything from Eagle Dynamics, such as a cockpit, FM, or a bin folder, have they gotten permission? This sim just got reduced in importance because if mod removal because of a complaint. IMHO

What a shame that so many great mods were removed. I wonder if the mod makers were contacted prior to their mod removals to explain what might have been the problem? I also assume that ALL remaining mods are completely original work by the mod maker with nothing being used from the DCS sim itself or any other sim. The existing void is enormous and sad.

This the third post made by three different guys in three different topic areas in the last few days mentioning this problem. Again this has been described time and time again for many months still nothing has been done to fix it. Come on ED please listen to these complaints.

How many times has this been reported? I know this is not the first and a lot of time has passed since the first report but no fix has been offered. -
Please add to the next update the ability to remove trees and objects via triggers in multiplayer as we already have within SP.

This is indeed a very important issue for mission builders. I've reported this under "tree removal" in posts below this one. Since this feature works so well within SP, it shouldn't be a big problem to activate it within multiplayer. How about it, ED, please make it happen in a soon to be released update.

Since the ability to remove trees and objects is hard coded by the developers into the sim, why can't they allow tree removal to function in both SP and Multiplayer? Allowing it in multiplayer can't be that big of a deal for them to correct, I would think since it is already in the sim. How about it, ED, it would make mission building so much more enjoyable in that friends could enjoy efforts of mission builders together.

There are a lot of radio towers on the Caucasus map that are not associated with airfields. What is their purpose and if a new airfield is made around a tower, is that tower now assigned to the new airfield?
