Thanks, but i actually meant older Oculus runtime version. My framerates dropped quite lot after update to 1.10.

My bad, of course it is FM change. Never should write anything just after having a nap :) Anyhow, i would imagine that would be relatively easy thing to do.

I personally would like to see early and late (current) version, early with flat canopy/revi sight and possibly without MW/50. No FM changes necessary.

Is it possible to convert back to older runtime version? I would like to have my lost framerates back...since asw is not working with my gpu i don't get any benefits from 1.10 anyway.

Inertia starter yes but engine sound is quite far from real one.

I was doing my usual after flight walkaround and i was very surprised to see that right side exhaust flare shield was similar to left. This should not be the case as flare shield was extented over exhaust only in left side to protect supercharger intake. However i cheked some screenshots from older versions and it was correct there so it must be bug. Attachment screens from current and older version.

That's most probably (at least partly) the case here. I personally think 190, flying by the book is very easy to t/o and land. Many people also forget that if you know how to keep 109 straight when gears are still in ground it's not actually harder to take-off than most of the ww2 tail draggers (same goes to landing).

No, i guess mechanic would advice exact number depenging on temperature.

Not going to throw it anytime soon as i just bought it few weeks ago :) Anyhow, i just loaded newest amd drivers and it seems to be bit smoother now, most of the time 45fps. I still have some options to lower from graphics if i feel the need to do so. Also going to add some more memory and new cpu at some point, maybe it'll give some fps more...

So ASW is supposed to be enabled automatically now after OR update? Just asking because fps seems to be capped to 45 now but somehow framerates seems to be even worse than before update and flying above cities are less than nice experience now (they were not smooth before but seems like worse now). I tought it should be smoother now...i also don't see any artifacts?

Should, and there is, both open beta & 1.5.5. I just tested and works perfectly...

F is coming in next TF patch :) But yeah, DCS level F4 or G2 would be awesome. Or any model from F/G series...

From pilot accounts everyone liked the automatics much, both LW pilots and allied pilots who tested captured planes. "Very little" or not, it was less workload for pilot during combat anyway...

Bit strange, i have always been under impression that only Spit XIV (of all ww2 fighters) could beat K4 at climb performance. That's also stated by many books. Anyone got proper comparo charts about this?

I'd say it will be close match to K4 at low altitudes. Gotta make sure not to run out of MW50 too soon, that's for sure :D

Totally agreed. I've also played sims since late 80's, there is no way to go back to regular monitors anymore. At first, i was disappointed with resolution but i got over it very soon. Sitting in real life sized cockpit of your favourite fighter is simply mind blowing in first time. :)

^Nice detail :D I usually climb out of the cockpit after mission and walk around the plane, not very special but it's just quite awesome to see them in real life size :) I wish it would be possible to hop back in the cockpit!

They do, but unfortunately cockpits are far from accurate in most of planes...
