Hi Guys (and ED), I would like to second OP and praise the MiG-29A Fulcrum module. The module is fun as hell and quite nice to operate and employ. I already made and published my usual “Quick Checklist” and even made a mini-campaign. To make it short, the module is awesome. Congratulations. All the best, Sydy

Hi guys, I saw an opportunity to adapt this campaign to the MiG-29A Fulcrum and train to insert RSBN and PRMG on airfields and to program the DTC. In the end the 5 missions mini-campaigns came out nice. The auto advance in the campaign is a bit buggy on mission 3 and 4. If necessary use the Skip, please. Did you ever want to play the bad guy? Well, here is your chance to slip into the role of "Desert Snake", a MiG-29A Fulcrum pilot who will do anything necessary to defend his country and her allies against foreign disrespect. Set in a fantasy version of events around the 1980s Syria region. Version 1.0 (28/SEP/2025) This medium difficulty campaign will take you through most of the Fulcrum's relevant systems. During this 5-mission campaign, you will become proficient in radio navigation, air to air intercept and dogfighting, air to ground and even employing bombs and rockets. Also, it is fun to play the bad guys for a change. Now a version for the MiG-29A Fulcrum. Extract the Desert Bad Guys campaign folder to: C:\Users\"Your Name"\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Missions\Campaigns\en or to ..:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\MiG-29-Fulcrum\Missions\Campaigns IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT MY WORK!!! I just converted, adapted and improved it to the MiG-29A and added some new features like Portable TACANs, RSBNs, PRMGs on the main airbases and improved the missions logic. Original work by Black_Dynamite: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/filter/user-is-Black_Dynamite/apply/ Original campaign link: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3322826/ PS: If the campaign advance fails for any reason, please, use the SKIP option. Have fun! Required to play: MiG-29Fulcrum, WWII Assets Pack, Syria map payware modules. Route and Weapons: Read each mission briefing. DTC: AD1 - DEZ AD2 - BAA AD3 - ALP WP1 - DEZ Final 28 (Waypoints vary on each mission) WP2 - BAA Final 17 WP3 - ALP Final 09 BCN1 - DEZ 04-06 (RSBN-PRMG) BCN2 - BAA 07-09 (RSBN-PRMG) BCN3 - ALP 12-14 (RSBN-PRMG) Comms: AWACS Overlord - Channel 00 - 251 Deir ez-Zor ATC - Channel 01 259.5 RSBN-PRMG 04-06 DEZ (Beacon 1) NDB 295 (CH01) VOR 117.0 TACAN 04X DEZ QNH 29.83 (1010) Deir ez-Zor EWR - Channel 02 120.4 Axeman Bassel Al-Assad ATC - Channel 03 250.6 RSBN-PRMG 07-09 BAA (Beacon 2) NDB 414 (CH 03) VOR 114.8 TACAN 07X BAA Rwy 17L ILS 109.10 Course 179 QNH 29.83 (1010) Alleppo ATC - Channel 04 251.10 NDB 396 (CH04) RSBN-PRMG 12-14 ALP (Beacon 3) VOR 114.5 TACAN 12X ALP NOTE: Tune the comm radios manually. Mission 1 - RSBN/PRGM practice in bad weather. Mission 2 - Intercept Mission 3 - Rocket employment. Mission 4 - Bomb employment and Fox 2 engagement Mission 5 - Fox 1 and Fox 2 engagement. Hi guys, RSBN and PRMG works fine. On my upcoming mini campaign (Desert Bad Guys - Fulcrum vs), I installed RSBN/PRMG on all campaign airfields. All of them on DTC as well. it is already uploaded and just waiting release by the moderators. Remember to put and activate 3 Cars: - RSBN - PRMG Loc - PRMG Glidepath. Use a channel number to RSBN and for PRGM add 2 to the channel number. Good luck

Hi guys, I implemented this better shutdown as suggested on vs 1.1. Rearrange a bunch of items and Included armament employment (except the TOSS mode). it is available on the MiG-29A Fulcrum Quick Checklist vs 1.1 on user files download page. Maybe tomorrow I release a version for the Metric System. All the best, Sydy
-
Hi Jef, Wonderful catch! For sure I will fix it. I will use the armaments a bit more to mature my knowledge about its employment by the Fulcrum and I will release vs 1.1, but rest assured that I will use your video reference as a guide line. Tks a lot.
-
Hi Divadov, my pleasure to serve the community! Lol If I am at my home base and with spare time, I will do it always asap. Sometimes I am away in an assignment and it takes longer. Life it is what it is, but count on me. Hi Volator, For sure! I will try to make it this week. I also decided to make a short campaign for the new Fulcrum as well. It will be in Syria and on the Desert Snake Campaign style. Take care guys and thank you for using the Quick checklist.
-
Hi guys, I hope everybody is enjoying the Fulcrum as I am. As usual I decided to make a Quick Checklist and, this time, a bit closer to the real one. Anyway, it is a two page checklist. I updated it today to vs 1.1 to rearrange some itens, include a better shutdown procedure, armament employment, but I left out TOSS mode for pure lack of space. I didn't want a third page. Here goes the first page as example: Version 1.1 is available on the MiG-29A Fulcrum Quick Checklist on the User Files Download page. I hope you like it. All the best, Sydy
-
Guys, I just updated the campaign to vs 1.2. I added a new mission (a Ship Convoy Attack) and improved some triggers. It is available on User Files Download Vella Lavella Campaign vs 1.2 page. vs 1.2 - Several triggers improved, Labels available and additional mission-18JUL25. PS: I swear I will freeze the campaign as 1.2 until some WWII Pacific assets come out. All the best, Sydy
-
Hi Irie, It was an hell of a trigger mistake from my part (deleted an important one by mistake). Fixed on vs 1.1. Thanks a lot for the heads up! All the best, Sydy PS: If you download vs 1.0, please get the 1.1 now. 1.0 has a fun breaker on the very first mission. Tks! Vella Lavella Campaign vs 1.1 (major fun breaker fixed)
-
Hi GTF, It doesn’t have voice overs, but it has pretty good briefings written up and a lot of F10 options, many campaign messages and outcomes. You hear a double tone for a text message or new item added on F10 menu. I’d say it is not even close to a campaign made by Reflected, Baltic Dragon or Sedlo, but It’s not that quiet on the headset. All the best, Sydy

Hi, Try to change the gamma in controls.

My pleasure to serve the community. Congrats for such nice module!

Interesting… I notice the arc-38 switcholoy for cv carrier finding changed… and not a word about it.

Hi guys, I decided to work out a bit my brain and learn about the mission campaign a bit more, so I decided to make one for the F4U from scratch. This campaign is loosely inspired in real events during the Salomons Island USMC campaign flying the F4U and some other historical events. Anyway, everything is fictional in the end, but a fun way to use the DCS F4U offline. I learnt a lot about the Mission and Campaign Editors and the missions increase in their complexity. Do not be naive and think that mission 3 and 5 are the same, not even close and wait for surprises. Finally, I though a 7 mission campaign is enough, being 4 landing in a field and 3 landing in a Carrier. vs 1.0 - Initial release 01JUL25. The missions sequence is: Mission 01 - Reccon Mission 02 - Kagman Airfield Attack Mission 03 - Marpi Airfield Attack Mission 04 - Bombers Interception Mission 05 - Marpi Airfield Attack and Landing on USS Bunker Hill Mission 06 - Harbor Attack Mission 07 - Yamamoto Interception In no mission you will be sent back, if you fail, you just have to repeat the mission, but I was quite benevolent in the scoring system. Remember to check the menu for F10 items and to command your flight using the DCS built in menu. Campaign Installation: You may extract the folder content in one of the two folders: D:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\F4U-1D\Missions\Campaigns (D: is my drive letter, customized it to yours. Btw I prefer this folder..) or C:\Users\. .\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Missions\Campaigns\en To increase the historical accuracy, I strongly recommend you to download and install the 5 nice liveries listed bellow: Ju-88 Betty by mambroz https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3317312/ Japanese KI-61 Hien camouflage skin for BF109K-4 by josh116 https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3321646/ Japanese Ki-61 Hien "Tony" Fighter (Bf-109K-4) v1.1 by Cypher1o1 https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3308285/ P-47D "Green" Japan Air Self-Defense Force #1 by youzy_yam https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3344565/ KI-84 201th Hiko Sentais https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3315078/ by Scorch71 I am sure you will have a lot of fun. Once we get more assets for WWII, I promise you I will revisit the campaign. It is already available on the Used Files Download page - Vella Lavella Campaign. PS: If you download vs 1.0, please get the 1.1 now. 1.0 has a fun breaker on the very first mission. Tks! All the best, Sydy
-
Hi, Yes, It is bindable. Look for “Air Brake” if I am not mistaken. Take care.
-
Hi @LcSummers, I am happy that you use them. It’s my way to say thank you to the community for all you guys make. Today I decided to make a F4U Campaign. It will be simple, but fun. All the best, Sydy
-
Guys, Same thing here. I also noticed that doesn't matter what you do from Cold Starts, the gear drag coefficient stays there even if you retract the gear. Performance online is really handicapped compared to offline. All the best, Syd
-
Correct, Rudel. I have uploaded my Quick Checklist and discovered the /Saved Games/DCS/Kneeboard/F4U-1D_CW today. All the best, Sydy
-
Gents, Just discovered this. The Clipped Wing corsair uses another folder for the Kneeboard. PS: For those who already downloaded, please, copy the files to C:\Users\"your name"\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Kneeboard\F4U-1D_CW. (you have to create this folder) The clipped wing folder was missing on the original file. New file including this folder is already uploaded. I am sorry for that. Have a nice flight, Sydy

+1 (I second that)

I use 3,100,100,15. Good luck! Edit: I have a Warthog Stick and throttle + MFG Crosswind pedals.

Hi, dear friends from Magnitude 3, I just want join the gang and say THANK YOU for such lovely module. We all know I will evolve and we will be together on this path. Once again, Congratulations! All the best, Sydy
-
Hi Kovacs and Tshark, Thank you!!! Thanks for using my Quick Checklists. Words like yours make my day and keep me doing it. Once again, thank YOU! All the best and enjoy the weekend, Sydy
-
Hi guys, As usual, I decided to make a Quick Checklist for the new Module. I usually make them to myself, but I always make it available to the community. Version 1.0 is already available at F4U-1D Quick Checklist at user files download page. Bellow goes the first page as an example: Second page covers landing, shutdown and armament employment. I am really happy to se soo many Checklists versions coming out to the community. Now there is a style to match everyone's taste. All the best, Sydy
