  1. I have the same version you have. Watch the track - it's all there.
  2. I'll say it again: I have an issue with the allegation that, as mentioned in post #1, it is impossible to cruise without afterburner at 10 000m - The track clearly illustrates that it is possible to cruise at 550km/h IAS at 10 500m AGL, with speed increasing to 580km/h IAS, an increase of 50km/h on the documented cruise speed of 530km/h.
  3. The climb commenced at 12:01:35 and I got to 10 000 metres at 12:03:08, so approximately 93 seconds or thereabouts for the zoom-climb. Was more concerned with the Cruise performance at 10 000 metres as alluded to.
  4. Lol it was your track - see above post. I did:
  5. My apologies - wrong track: I inadvertently posted Tango's track previously downloaded. Here's the correct track: Mig cruise 10 500m.trk
  6. Say what? Your post # 1 specifically states that you cannot maintain cruise speed at 10 000m. I maintained and increased cruise speed at 10 500 metres and yet you state that there is underpower and bad performance? I cannot seem to reconcile your argument, sorry. Ps: Same version you have.
  7. Here's a track: MiG-21 Climb Clean 10000 m.trk I take off from Krasnodar with 86% fuel and zoom-climb to 10 500 feet. Once at altitude I level off, Mil-Power and cruise. All the while I sustain altitude, with IAS of 550km/h, increasing to 580km/h IAS (950km/h TAS), increase in IAS as a result of decreased weight due to fuel consumption. Arrive at Tuapse at altitude 10 500 AGL, IAS 580km/h, said altitude maintained from Gelendzhik via coast.
  8. Strange. I tried earlier and got to 43000 feet comfortably. Here's a screenie I took on the way up: I'll have a look at your track.
  9. How on earth are you managing that? In any event, the manual specifically mentions raising the aircraft's nose at 250km/h in order to facilitate take-off. Further, don't force the nose down. I am also assuming that you are engaging afterburner on take-off, assuming of course that you are heavy. Keeping in mind that the suspension behaviour is a WIP, here's a quick vid with the aircraft at a GW of 9800kg, approx 95% of max, with take-off at Gelendzhik, one of DCS's shortest runways. Just do as the manual states and you'll be fine, no blown tyres or short runways: z5fa9QvITUI
  10. Something close to 1400km/h as I remember it.
  11. This is how you do it :D yn_FxKzYgME
  12. It's not: It's a cannon round :P
  13. You do not need to deactivate. Uninstall, manually remove any leftover files and install as normal.
  14. Track please.
  15. Download the torrent files to ensure file integrity.
  16. That's the beauty of this Jet - you only need about 600m to bring her to a stop from a high-speed landing so don't be scared to bring her in fast.
  17. Dolphin - report 27663. Marked as resolved.
  18. It's been a long night........
  19. No. Will only need to reactivate if there is a significant hardware change to your PC or after you have fiddled with the PC Registry. Do neither and you'll be fine after reinstall.
  20. In that case you do not. Always save tracks at exit of mission as prompted when issues arise.
  21. You sure you did not run out of fuel? Why are you running afterburner for two minutes? In any event, post a track if you have issues.
  22. Aye, pls remember: DO NOT report bugs that you have whilst running a modded install.
  23. Yes, and? Mig differs substantially from the Sabre, so why compare the two? Generic advice would be to upgrade your PC. For possibly more detailed advice you'll need to post your system specs and In-SIM settings.
  24. That won't happen: We've all been there :)
