  1. Thanks now I can't start the download anymore, when I click on the download links, it pushes me back to the main menu :(. I'll keep trying... I guess the server is stressed out...To many users ;)
  2. In Canada, ISP's are throttling down torrent users...
  3. I just hope the downloads does not quit on me  30Mbit connection here. the first setup file downloading from FTP1 at 524KB/Sec, the other 2 setup file I was only able to get them via HTTP and them are downloading at 45 and the other at 72KB/Sec, ouch ETA 11hrs
  4. Thanks ED, ordered and trying to downloading it. For some reason the FTP access required a username/password, tried mine, however it did not work...
  5. My heritage, actualy to all Leduc.. http://aerostories.free.fr/constructeurs/leduc/page7.html Yes I'm proud of his work.....
  6. Stunning video, just awesome, jaw dropping. Very nice work GA. Congrats on a job well done.
  7. I see many threads and very nice cockpit in here, however, seeing lots of them that has so many wires, gages and switches. Besides the obvious hardware that are USB, 3rd party products that has drivers. I’m curious, how to you all hook this up to your PC? Surely, not with only with 1 USB? Sorry for my ignorance… But how do you make it all work? How do you install switches on a board, gages and make it talk to the PC? Building the pit, ok, if you have the tools, good with wood and all, however, my curiosity are for the ones that went all the way in installing gages and switches, a real how do I, would be cool, even a sticky on that one would be a bonus. Thanks in advance
  8. Mustang is good for that, always available for a helping hand. +1 Always look out for veterans for questions. They usualy have good answers. Cheers Mustang.
  9. Let’s wait and see, who knows... If the sales on steam are good for BS. ED might want to consider of bringing it up front. Only ED knows at this point, too early to say for us, the users IMO.
  10. Hi SvenK, Good to see you’re enjoying yourself. Welcome to the community. You will see in average, this community, are mature individuals (the mods usually takes care of that lol, doing a good job on this btw). We enjoy sharing with new members. Enjoy your stay, feel free to ask any questions as you see fit. I’m curious, have you started playing in the arcade style or full blown simulator? Both have a very distinct difference in game play. However no matter what your style is. Have fun. Cheers
  11. Maybe users should brag about the arcade mode already available within. However I doubt they will. From experience, this forum could be a bit harsh. They might not want to show themselves as "weak" (not that they are) in playing arcade style within the community. But it’s available nevertheless… It's all about having fun in the end.
  12. Yep like leering Hawk players :smilewink:
  13. That is an awesome question, thanks for bringing it up lol. +1 However I doubt they will. That might angry lots of Government folks & military personnel... It might hinder on future TBS contracts. So I guess NO would be the answer, but that’s my opinion. It only exist in your mind :music_whistling: …;) Or should I dare to say in the Twilight Zone, hahaha. :D Cheers
  14. IMO they should, not that they would, however "should" only drop FC2 once they have entered in providing a DCS fighter plane. But that's only my opinion. Without the integration of FC2 with BS, well again IMO, FC2 online would almost be a "nil" right now. The variation keeps it going since, well fighter "jocks" wants air to air… I for one don’t blame them. I like to swing inside a Mig from time to time and all the others for that matter… Variation is the "spice" of life lol. That is what kept LO itself being played for a decade, keeping online squadron alive. Ah heck with all the limitation it initially had. It was / still is, probably the best game/sim I ever played and actually got MORE than my money worth out of it... And on the plus side ED kept supporting me throughout those years, when I requested more activation for my online purchase, they provided them. Cheers ED, Thanks for the continued support and awesome SIM. All the best.
  15. Like BS has? Not that I use it  however was still cool... I would prefer the real stuff. I can imagine that making both styles requires lots of resources... But doing both I would agree it has touched a wider audience. I'm curious on how many users actualy play the arcade style of BS? I tried it for an hour and jumped inside the real greedy stuff :D instead... Cheers
  16. I would also to recommend that you do not install DCS inside the C:\Program Files (x86) or C:\Program Files directory. Try installing it under a complete different directory. Regards,
  17. There is something I would wish for future development. I’ve never been in RL in the area of the black sea region; however I can imagine that some the big cities have bigger high rise buildings then the ones portrayed in DCS. They seem a bit small for me. I know it’s not a high priority, however It would be nice, what do you think?
  18. DX11  Thanks ED
  19. You might want to check this http://www.youtube.com/user/eagledcs#g/c/0CFA7EA40064EAE4 Cheers
  20. Hold your horses, ever heard of good customer service? 1. It starts with a smile & being friendly. NO need to respond aggravated, how would I know that you already attempted to make a deal with ED? Enough said, good luck with your endeavors. I for one, with this type of service. I’m not buying it. Regards,
  21. +1 answered as real tech ;)
  22. You already have hands down a good product, maybe you should think of making money out of it, again as always a product as such. I would require ED's stamp of approval on the purchase. It would even be best if they would be selling it through their portal... IMO. However please continue with your missions, I like them a lot. Regards
  23. v Thanks for the response, I'm already in love with all the details of your comment, however, I'm concern about the security in place on buying it. I trust ED, however I'm always weary about purchasing online, as anyone with a right mind would do. Sending my credit card number to someone/company is always a reasonable concern. If ED would post this campaign within their products, then I would surely buy it through them, since I’ve already gained a trust rapport with them. I don't know, maybe selling it 6$ through DCS instead? ED gets a cut, proven customer are less weary, everyone gets a piece of the pie, all is well? No? Until then I think I will pass... Edit: you might want to consider implementing some type of campaign for online sessions... Best Regards,
  24. Answered with a real lawyer rumble…. What about the user?
  25. I understand the point of you having to put lots of effort and time into this campaign. However I’m not keen on the sale of it. Point to point most "mod" and mission creators throughout the years in this community has made his work available for free. If everyone would start selling its works, then this small "niche" of a support community will die IMO, heck we have users that provided us with a brand new 3d model of an F15C, what about the new A10 model? Dragon`s mission for black shark, and all for "FREE", EDIT: and not to forget SkyPat works for the best of them all "Modman". That is just to name a few… What make yours so different? No disrespect, … Regards,
