If I understand what you're askin, then yes. Only practical way I can think of doing it.

Are you referring to the ECL's? They are right and left, and up, center, and down. The ECL's are rarely used and not worth tying up a hotas button if you're limited. Throttle mapped to a hat is reasonable. FYI, VoiceAttack is a nice way to free up and extend the utility of your hostas.

I do something similar with VoiceAttack but haven't needed to do anything with Trac IR. VA holds the NUM(x) button pressed until I "release" it with another command. Eliminates RCtrl / NUM0 step.

Do you mean "right of centre" on the Control Indicator or in the default Cockpit view?

Only downside of ovgme is little control of mod activation order.
