Mod still works and I have added a couple of more color mods that were all used in the Croatian air force. I am also experiencing big stutters while flying the Viggen and it happens when flying low-ish and looking to the sides..no matter how many ground objects are in view..sometimes it happens above open empty fields :dunno:

They are enabled automaticly when asking permision to take off

Another cool feature was added to the L-39...now yoou can dismount the gun camera in teh special options menu :) (maybe a post for the Belsimtek section)

With the newest update to 1.5.7 my situation got a lot better...no more periodic stutters and quite stable fps

After today's update DCS runs fine for me..way better then before the patch

Very bad stutter in the latest 1.5.7 stable version. Anyone else having performance issues with the MiG? I tried, repairing/updating, deleting saved games folder, reinstalling nvidia driver and DCS..nothing helps. Along with the onvious bad stutters there are also periodic larger stutters. Experiencing this issue only with the MiG. At first I thought it was related to msaa and transparent textures but ot is not related. The issue appears only while in cockpit

I experience Microstutters trough out the flight and larger one second stutters in intervals, most noticeably when flying the Fishbed but the peculiar thing is that I did not have those microstutters in the latest open beta update. After installing the stable latest version those microstutters showed up. tried all suggestions already available..no effect. Then I removed both beta and stable, downloaded the beta again and the microstutters were suddenly present on the Open beta also :/ I only put my ac on the map with no other air or ground units.

IMHO the MiG looks best in the latest open beta version...just the right amount of gloss and matt...real camo semi gloss look like in RL

Update the Open Beta to 1.5.7.7631.314...it is fixed

Well..seems like with the latest 1.5.7.7631 update the performance is better than it was..still a few hiccups here and there but nothing dramatic yet

Always have it off, since day one so that cannot be the problem..tried reinstalling everything once again today and it is a lot better than it was but still..for example; flying low, tilted with the ac to one side and looking sideways causes fps drop whereas in 1.5.6 that never happens. tried lowering msaa to 2 but no effect. These are my in game settings

The performance is significantly worse than in 1.5.6 for me...Tried everything..Lowering settings in Nvidia CP, deleting saved games folder, reinstall of DCS Open beta..nothing helps much..maybe a improvement of 2 to 3 fps but still unusable. 1.5.6 runs smooth on same settings. I saw some features from 2.1 are incorporated like new shadows, lighting and such...maybe those have a negative effect. In the end this is Open beta so some debugging is surely needed anyway..hope this improves before stable release.

This is the only photo I have of the Pomig R straped on a YUAF MiG. This modification was however scraped and never got pass testing and research.
