I think you don't understand why I name those things..........many others (not virpil) have done the opposite for years. I like VKB for the modular, upgradeable design. (and there is message to vkb there ...) It may be related from where I am when a x-55 goes for 600US......... If something is not clear please elaborate.......I will not compromise a recommendation...............you can find hard discussion with VKB from my part.

VKB is an entire family of products that will make some great solutions........some delays do not allow to see the hole picture............ The throttle will blow people minds........as the other coming products. Remember From Mechanical upgrades to sticks changes, VKB offer a scalable system that allow you to build your simulator according to your need and your wallet. and that's what we need, no more crap that is sell and forget, VKB already have offer parts upgrades to older product lines and spare parts etc. that's is what I like, an entire solution not just a products.

I have long critic chat whit UIV this morning about the dedicated grip for mambas. An adaptor is the proper solution My points: mamba owners help VKB where is today.(yes we exist and don't want lo get out of the modular and upgrade path of vkb products) make it buy one grip for a gf and another for mamba is dumb If it will be a one only Bach, mamba owner will not be able to buy future grips (less market for the vkb grips, metal kg12 etc etc) At least the grips must be available on request not a one time batch When you choose a joy for the size to be added there? when throttle came out and we use it like a hotas you wont use much the base controls of the mambas I prefer to buy 1 grip and not 10......don't plan to have rent grip business I know I don't speak for all but an adapter that could also open the door for future gimbal upgrades (that wont require adapter) make more sense to me. I wont write entire uiv response, but he say: MAMBA owners are not forgotten!!! (I think all options will be offered) but like usual I make his blood pressure up

the best universal grips is for handguns/rifles. are very cheap and many models/size etc. since they are universal they can be really expanded for installation and they will get back to shape. I use it on my glock 34 my S&W 4506 my h&K USP 40. compact and usp tactical . And If that is not your solution, google for custom grips inserts for handguns, will get much more tips and tricks that for joys.

Thinking about the ECS switch panel for the gunfighter........Uses ECS: Desktop add on for Gunfigter desktop upgrade for Gladiator pro super Desktop joystick using chep Gladiator pro gimball/grip Stand alone switch panel whit mini switch panel to cover the GF hole Atachable switch panel for Trotthle (as switch panel or whit joy also) Must have avility to be used in diferent angles by regulable mounts/legs etc Will be nice to have like logitech g910 some kind of support for smarthfone/tablet. the integrated touchscrenn will be nice on ECS markII :) ECS Stand alone switch panel The mini switch panel to cover the GF hole could have diferent models, trackball, linear potentiometers,flat metal plate, use hole to insert coffe/drink/beer/car keys or ashtray.

1 idea eliminate gl pro, offer upgrade to gl but including the base so there is no cuting the gunfigter desktop module can also acept the gl upgrade parts (cheaper and whit cheap grip) so you can buy a destop module whit a cheaper internals, have adecent Gladiator upgrade path, have 2 models of desktop module the modular part of the trothle will be nice if can be remuved (handles and its internals) so you could put a joy in there, and put the trotle part in the desktop module of course there must have a standar for the atachment of those parts, but that standar will be used on seveeral more products in the future. since the trotle will be modular the remove of the entire handles and internals will leave room for a joybase, also the destop module could atach the ww2 stile or hotas style trotle handles plus having the entire trotle handles whit its internals modular, could be used on future trotles tha only have a base diferent

in 2014 yes, you need to read 7 forums to get vkb info. (I said that to them) If they have a problem is their own search for quality that make them redesign and even cancel products like the mamba. Today is different, VKB have a world wide market in mind but without compromising quality or design, So yes they have delays but I prefer that to the Saitek like products.
