  1. I did that and now it works perfectly, thanks again. Managed to get 4 direct hits on tanks from different altitudes, it's all good now. What does Latch on stand for btw?
  2. Flew with the Huey again today and I can actually hear the spark plugs without the inverter running so it's all good. I believe in the standard soundest they are a tad too loud anyways.
  3. That's what I meant. I guess I have to save everytime the "save" button flashes. Now that I think of it, I'm not sure if I did that. Will try today.
  4. I always do it through the profiles page. I usually look through all weapon pages and modify some values like safe release alt etc. Only thing I always change is the GBU-12 page from CCIP to CCRP. Would it be better maybe to open the GBU-12 profile, choose CCRP and save it, then go back to the profile and enable Auto Lase and save again? Shouldn't make a difference, or should it?
  5. If you have 0 warning messages on the warning panel (EAC etc. not turned off) and you are in a normal config (gear up, flaps up, airbrakes in) PAC should absolutely work However I had this problem once that it just wouldn't stabalize during bursts. Couldn't reproduce it though.
  6. Yes. I always do it during the "fence in" flow. It's blinking on the TGP page as well. I did make sure that the targets were indeed the SPI. I used JDAMs afterwards on the same SPI and they hit pretty well. I always press save profile. The latch on feature sounds great, gonna try that one thanks. That makes sense. I never payed a lot of attention to the auto lase time. Never thought about over steering either. Now the only thing I have to solve is why my profile pages are reset when choosing the GBU via the DSMS.
  7. That's the hardest part. I feel ya.
  8. Oh that's why! Wow, my A-10 knowledge is rusty. What about the manual lasing though? I thought when I keep lasing for the entire flight of the GBU it would be dead-accurate, wouldn't it?
  9. Recently, I discovered that my GBU-12s are completely off target by 10-20 meters 4 out of 5 times. I have to add, I always use the DSMS profile to change the GBU-12 from CCIP to CCRP and enable auto lase with 12 sec lase time. However, later in the flight when I choose the GBU-12s, they are back to CCIP delivery and I have to set CCRP in the profile again. After that, I stop giving a damn about auto lase and do it myself with the NWS button on the HOTAS. I keep it depressed and it shows L L blinking on the TGP but still they keep missing. :dunno:
  10. At least until the F-5 comes out. I think those 2 will be matching each other closely.
  11. Lol tried the same thing. I wanted to down a Yak with the 530 and it just flew over its head, even though the Yak just cruising.
  12. Damn, my excitement about 2.0.1 was mediocre when I read about it in the patch notes but it actually includes tons of improvements. Impressive.
  13. That's very kind, thank you.
  14. I get that but I don't have the helmet option checked in the options. I'm wondering why I can't hear the spark plugs if they are part of the mod.
  15. Now that you say it, I can't hear the spark plug sounds at all and I didn't mess with any files.
  16. Man thanks a ton for this mod. Sounds incredibly realistic. Startup and shutdown is a lot more fun now. The miniguns sound especially good, nothing like in those blockbuster action movies but rather like genuine miniguns.

    DCS Tucano

Still a trainer, whereas the Super Tucan is an awesome CAS plane with a turboprop engine more than twice as strong as the 312s.
  18. My god this poll is a total mess. Still I'd definitely go with the awesome Super Tocano, day one purchase for me. Do not mind at all that developing time is way longer than for the trainer version.
  19. Dude. Awesome.
  20. If it's so "easy" to do with the lua Razbam should at least consider making this an option under the special tab in the settings.
  21. On leatherneck's public bugtracker.

    DLZ HUD fix

Nice enhancement, thanks. I hope Razbam will fix the altimeter, it should only display 10ft increments, instead of 9844ft it should show 9840ft.
  23. Nice job sedenion! Already send your application letter to Razbam?
