From what I've read, Razbam did actually convert Metal2Mesh's cockpit to DCS, ergo textures etc. are the same as in the FSX version. It will look a lot better however due to better shadows and lighting. etc

Wow, sounds like one of the most extreme scenarios one can experience. Can't imagine the pain he must have felt during the decompression.

Me too, that's why I asked that question. Edit: The picture says DCS: Mirage so it's all good I guess. Still weird to have a different wording.

Is there a difference in fidelity between "DCS: Mirage M-2000C" and "Mirage M-2000C for DCS"? On the website, only the Hawk and the Mirage and the FC aircraft have the latter wording.

The other day, I was sitting in a plane thinking about how my eardrums would instantly pop if we had an explosive decompression at 39 000 ft. What would happen in a fighter jet though? Imagine, you flew at 42.000 and had to eject, would you be deaf for the rest of your life or does the helmet save you? What do you guys think?

If the sounds in the teaser are in-game, I will buy it instantaneously!

Another developer is doing exactly that for a quite well known civil airliner :music_whistling: In that respect, without simulating the FBW, the DCS Mirage module would be incomplete then and should not be an official "DCS: Mirage" module as the FBW system arguably plays a huge part of the simulation of flying.

Once 1.5 is out, I need to install the L-39 in 1.5 open beta, right? Or will it work with 1.2.6 as well?
