Thank you. Oh, I always used JSGME but I was too lazy to do it after my recent clean windows install, because I thought that nothing would work after 1.5 anyway due to new folder structure etc.
Hi guys.
I installed a few sound mods for the Warthog. Now I wanna revert back to the vanilla hog. I already did a reinstall because I thought it would just overwrite the sound files with the default ones..Which it didn't. Should I now just use the repair function of DCS?
Actually, the other "modern" air superiority fighters are all FC aircraft with no clickable cockpit/detailed startup etc.. Can't really count the Mig-21 either as it is primarily an inteceptor.
Copied the Desert Mod 3.0 files into DCS but I can't see anything different in the sim. Is that because of the Starway 3.2 textures mod I have installed?
Question to the devs: Can we expect the same custom sounds found in the Fsx version in DCS as well? I found that the warning sound and engine sounds are really good in the version already released.
My PERSONAL problem with the Mi-8 is that I have spend very little time with the module and manage to get a vortex ring stall every single time. The module itself is great, no doubt. Really looking forward to tackle the Gazelle!
I hoped that the Gazelle would become a complete DCS module one day since I saw it appear in the mod folder, glad that it's becoming reality! Choppers in DCS are just so fun to fly. (Except the Mi-8 *cough*)
