I guess you're right. For me having 3 WPT with 3 RSBN and 3 ARD with corresponding PRGM is enough for the Mig 29 missions at this moment. I hope the manual will be more documented in the future on this matter. Cheers

Not sure if I understand correctly your questions. Let see how I proceed to create my flight DTC: first with the "POINT" tab I create points which will be "WAYPOINTS", "AIRDROMES" and "RSBN". Then I follow the tab order so The first 3 "POINTS" will be "WAYPOINTS", the next 3 "POINTS" will be "AIRDROME" and the last 3 "POINTS" "RSBN". After that "ROUTE" will be : WPT1(POINT1), WPT2(POINT2), WPT3POINT"), ARD1(POINT4). As far as I understand the navigation panel of the MIG29 can only accept 3 WPT , 3 A/D and 3 RSBN. Do I answer your question? At least I can create a flight like that

Yes! here is a training flight I created from Vaziani to Senaki. My destination is Senaki with RSBN 1 so it is button 1, My first diversion is Kutaisi with RSBN 2 which is button 2 and my second diversion is Kobuleti with RSBN3 which is button 3

Yes I too highly recommend vsTerminus. Furthermore he focused on the Mi8 which require the same direction imput for the yaw axis. Don't forget to use the flight controls indication and be soft on the controls, choppers don't like at all aggressivity

Is RSBN car compatible with RETURN mode?
Jef Costello replied to Michael-Fr's topic in DCS: MiG-29A Fulcrum
As far as I know RSBN beacon is similar to a Tacan. I don't think "RETURN" mode works for a RSBN, I suppose you need a PRGM in order to get "RETURN" mode working. -
Thank you very much!

Yes, I see that now! Thank you so much to bring my attention to this very important step! Best regards

Hello guys! I noticed the PRMG channel indicated on the kneeboard for all runways I've selected in the mission editor is wrong(always indicates Ch1) . For the RSBN it's ok, see pics for Senaki

Hello Sydy! Thank you for your work, I use your checklist everytimes. In the following vid, at 00.44 we can see that he switches off all the systems then cuts both engines and after switches off all electrical . Could you amend your checklist to match this please? https://youtu.be/CwMwTyO4OwI?si=71vynQ9x8NMHmm9u Cheers

DCS: MiG-29A - Autopilot - how to use autopilot?
Jef Costello replied to Molnija1985's topic in DCS: MiG-29A Fulcrum
As far as I could see you need to press before ATT HLD then ALT HLD. Yes the plane is rocking wings and I guess this need to be corrected by devs. -
Hello Silver I'll do. For the moment I change my Page File according to your post above, I had to much! Cheers

My guess this is not normal, no hydraulic pressure no flight controls and Martin Baker is your friend!

Wow they need to improve the sound A LOT at Magnitude 3, to sound like in the first vid!
-
Yes Saxman. May be I should have said deactivation to the cockpit sounds, as far as I saw in cockpit vids on youtube, all you can hear is the wonderful PW sound. Sorry if I was a little bit rough
-
It would be awesome to get the option to deactivate this horrible dive sound, may be in the Misc tab. It's not realistic at all, it's more like in a bad Hollywood movie! Regards Jef

Saab SK-60 Trainer
Jef Costello replied to VR Flight Guy in PJ Pants's topic in Flyable/Drivable Mods for DCS World
Hi guys! This training jet is fantastic to fly. I encounter a problem as I have no weapons, in the mission editor, available? What did I miss? Regards Jef -
Me too waiting impatiently a new tail rotor model, in fact I stopped Flying the Apache until they correct this awful behaviour!
