  1. Hello, on the ground during autopilot check should be procedure like this: Collective to a 2° > Autopilot Alt mode On > Collective down to 1° > Autopilot Alt mode automaticaly off and it is not, it remains on. It should react to any collective movement, but it is not. Thank you for checking Jiri
  2. Hello, I noticed a few minor bugs in avionics: 1. According to a handbook, light of Antidust system (PZU) should appears 30-40 seconds from switch on. Here is not appears at all. 2. Light of Air Conditioning (AIR CONDITIONING OFF) is still of, no depends on positon of switch CONDITIONING/OFF/BLOW OFF. At the same time on switch position to CONDITIONING should sound of blower be audible and it is not. And to BLOW OFF should not be audible (is nearly not hearing in real helicopter). Theese two "sounds" are swapped. 3. Light of Hermetization is still on (DOORS SEALED) even after doors open. 4. Radar Alt warning sound during check is very short, should be a 3-4 seconds long. Thank you for checking Jiri
  3. Hello, I noticed that if I load some kind of load, it has not enough effect on model - gear especially. Here are some pictures: Without any load: With full load (MTOW is 11.500, here is 13.089): Real look with some kind of full load: Even in the sim is noticable that helicopter is some kind of nearly floating over ground, or touch ground only the edge of wheels and wheel tires are not affected by a model weight. I just comparing with Hip, where are wheels and dampers affected. Thank you for checking Jiri
  4. Hello, During a few startups I noticed a few inaccuracies in motors behavior: 1. Low idle revolutions of main rotor with just one engine started, just around 37%. According to observation in real helicopter, there is rotor speed with one engine started around 50%. 2. Slow acceleration to nominal. According to a manual, both motors should reach nominal from idle in 3-6 seconds. With our Hind is 9-11 seconds. 3. During a deceleration from nominal to an idle both motors should reach idle revolutions in one minute, here is around 90 to 120 seconds. I know that we have an Early Acces and in real world depends on settings every single engine, but these are more or less by-a-book known issues. Thank you Jiri
  5. Hello, during every startup APU AI-9V the long fire appears. With Hind not so far. Thanks Jiri
  6. Hello, I have a few questions, bugs, NTH things after couple of start-ups, mostly in avionic systems. So here is the first: Vibration test button is not active, cursor dont change to green on it. Thanks Jiri
  7. Thank you very much. So I can count with it..? :).
  8. Hello, how it works please? Thank you
  9. Thank you for your time and work
  10. Now I am afraid I did not understand well :). Never mind. Today throttle grip look this way: And I am asking for this look (more similar to grip on Mi-8: Thank you Jiri
  11. Thank you for a video. Not that is much important, but still - is there any chance to get similar looking grip as in real Mi-8? Just asking
  12. I am afraid I did not express quite right. I ment grip of a throttle. A few posts above the grip is not the same as on the first pictures from you (the ones used on pictures from you seems very near to a real grip). That is what I ask for :). Thank you for your reply :).
  13. Hi @K-51, I just want to ask you, what kind of material is used on throttle? Could I expect the same (replica from original Mil helicopters?) as it is on a pictures on first page? Thank you Jiri
  14. Hello all, could someone sort out for me please? I have a little complexion mission with a lot helipads or farps on map. Every single one of them is fully functional during refueling, rearming and repairing. Just in one small area on map where I can´t get this work. I use single helipad and when you land on it or spawn on it in mission start, there should appear crates with munition in corner of helipad. I supose that this indicate "operating" helipad. When I spawn or land on helipad, crates appears only for a few seconds, than dissapear and I can´t rearm, refuel or repair, even ground crew dont comunicate. I use latest update in 2.7, default Caucasus map and area, where this not working is about 15 kilometer east from Beslan. I have there a few units (comand station, farp ammo and fuel depot, tents, etc.). I am out of ideas. Did someone see something like this? Thank you Jiri
  15. Hello, I would like to be added to the list. I am from Czech Republic. Thank you very much Jiri
  16. Yeah, that´s right. Interesting fact is, that early versions of Mi-8 had the opossite direction of a torque. Mi-8 MTV (Mi-17) has the same direction of torque as a Mi-24.
  17. Yeah. Standard on borders was 5 minutes to gear up. Don´t get me wrong. For whole time I have Hip (since it was released ) till these days I some times make a tea and do all checks I can, love those system details in there. And I deffinitely will do with a Hind too.
  18. Hi, Victor, With all respect and no try to flame - I did not like your way of comparsion with Apache so I had to step in . Pre-flight check is not a startup and if you are talking about pre-flight, I am sure that Apache pilot has a lot things to do. Video you mentioned I know very well and I watch it many times, it´s so instructive . Video I recorded including pre-flight check (by the pilot) is unfortunately non-public so I dont have a proof for you, but most of things you mentioned are a few-seconds-things, or should be done by the ground crew or flight engineer during preliminary preparation or pre-flight preparation far before pilots even came to helicopter. Pilot then make a walkaround and mostly by a view checking all items from inspection, right, but we are definetely talking about 3-4 minutes, not 25-30 minutes. Flight deck inspection - look to cargo compartment or cockpit a check if everything is on place - a few seconds pneumatic brake check - is one gauge on tail - open, look, close - a few seconds Check voltages of AC systems - a few positions on one switch, displayed on one gauge in cockpit - a few seconds Autopilot check is provide after takeoff. During cold war our helicopters on borders was able to be in air till 4 minutes. Basicaly - I agree - it depens on a mission. But from your text I understand Apache is more automatic and because of that is far more quick to get in the air than Hind and I had to correct, because it simply not true. It is very important make a difference between type of mission and way of preparation for it, but many things from these preparations are done before crew come. Yeah - manual is one thing but practical use and SOP is the other. Where we could come if every flight took 30 minutes to take off. But we could definitely talk about the details. Definitely no offense I am glad to chat Jiri
  19. That is not quite right. 7 minutes from sit down in cockpit to take off with calm procedures, including engines warm up. Measured directly at the source.
  20. DCS is the best helicopter simulation simulator ever made on this kind of field. Of course you can have a lot of fun without rudder pedals - simulator has a few features for flying without them. But, if you want the best experience from the best helicotper simualtion (yes I want mention it twice ) it is highly recomended. Jiri
  21. Did you noticed that most of a gauges in front cockpit is not functional yet? Attitude indicator, speedmeter, etc.. And there was not much view to moving gauges in rear cockpit either - probably these are things to complete. I hope they are really in the finish line as expected. But still - it seems that 2.7 + Hind will be freaking incredible :).

  23. I make a preorder first (using all my miles saving for a years) and even after that I calmly sit down and watch the video....5 times for the start :). Thank you ED, thanks to whole team to make my simulator dream come through. Jiri
  24. Exactlly. Modules are very close to reality and it is necessary to RTF :). Honestly - I am kind a manual guy, I read manuals often just for get interesting info from it, even if I can handle aircraft very well.
  25. I think training campaign is not really necessary, if there will be a few training missions with walktrough script as are in another modules. I would trade training campaign for good story campaign.
