Ciribob, thanks for ding this! I've got a couple of missions I've downloaded and edited with your script and have been bummed that they wouldn't work in 1.5. Now they will! :thumbup::beer:

I've been finding that most of the missions I've downloaded and edited with various scripts here don't work any more. :( I'm sure there's room for improvement in many of them but I would prefer to do improvements to them at my leisure and not having them all need it at once. :D

Yes! I just came here to report this. During the autostart once the panel lights test happens it will shift the view to the lower right.

This is one of my favorite missions to muck about in. Bummed to find the one I've edited doesn't work with 1.5 and I have no answer on how to get it working again... :(

Now that I've gotten it to run I am also impressed with it so far! Have all my settings at max and am running it at 1920x1080 and am always between 50-60fps even while attacking nasty insurgents in my huey with rockets flying and door gunners shooting their buns off! It's a glorious experience. :D

I found that it was the changes I made to the font size in certain display settings. Set it back to the default (which is too small with this setup and my eyes... lol) and I got it to work so I could change my settings. All is good now!

I would love to know which file to manually edit as I can't get past that screen either! (I also have to disable two other monitors just to be able to see/get to the settings screen...)

Thanks for the replies guys but it does me no good. This is my view: x1024 The part in the upper left corner (I marked it off) I can't see due to that monitor being 1280x1024 and my main monitor is 1920x1080... So I can't see it to get into it. So what I tried is to do is disable the other two monitors. Start the game. Looks fine and I can see the setup cog icon. Go into it and changes settings to 3 monitors (not sure if that will help or not) and change the aspect ratio from 1.7777777 to 16:9. All looks fine except I can't see any okay button, hitting enter does nothing... hitting tab to switch to different fields to eventually hit the okay button does nothing, hitting escape does nothing... and I'm stick in the settings screen and have to use task manager to kill the process... So nothing I do will let me fit the game onto my main monitor. I also found an options.lua file in my saved games folder that DCS creates. So I try to edit that hoping that will fix it. Nope, has no effect at all that I can see. Really bumming here... :(:helpsmilie:

No one has any ideas? This is really frustrating as I have the game but can't play it due to this display issue... Any help would greatly be appreciated!

I have 3 monitors, my primary is 32" and I have 2 19" on either side. Downloaded and installed the beta just fine. Started it up and it is displaying across 2 of the monitors! they have different resolutions and it causes issues to say the least. :) There is no "options" button on the main screen so I can tell it what to use or how to set things up. How can I tell the game to only use my main primary monitor? Thanks!

Huh!? Where did you read that? As far as I know, there is no set time/day for release yet. Just do a search on the forum for how to change your current install to an open beta one. I've seen the links around in various thereads so it will be easy to find.

How many? ZERO! I have most of them, except the trainers, but I don't consider myself proficient in any of them. Some I just down right stink in! Mainly because I haven't invested the time into learning them yet. Too many modules, so little time...
