I don't have a shortcut but have used the DCS_updater.exe file, module manager within Nevada, and Skate Zilla's utility and nothing is available for me at all. The news within Nevada still shows the 19th newsletter also... You guys have something against people who live in CT? ;) Maybe they are limiting the roll out to different areas to minimize the impact on the servers?

Seriously? Some of you are able to download now? I'm using Skate Zilla's utility and nothing is available. Even went into Nevada and tried there and nothing, not even updated news... :(

How cruel! Got the email stating that the update is available for download so I go to update and it's not... :cry: I know, a little more patience is in order. Silly me assumed that an email/newsletter like that would be released after it is actually available...

I have to admit, when I bought this module I wasn't very excited about it (I buy almost everything that is released) but after all this time since early release I find it is one of the most go to planes that I fly, this and the F5 have gotten under my skin of late. If I have little time to fly these are the two I go to most and I'm really enjoying them, much more than I thought I would. How's that for a backhanded endorsement? ;) LOL

I've been keeping my impatience in check by just avoiding playing DCS all together due to having a lot of real life stuff going on and playing a 4x game I love... It will happen son enough and then I'm going to be up all hours of the night making my wife bang on the floor because the sound is too high and I'm waking her up again...

@BIGNEWY, I understand the reasons for it and I'm not faulting them only expressing my displeasure at the trend, non-social media contests are going to be much fewer and farther between as this is the tendency with most if not all companies, not just ED. I know expressing my opinion will not change anything in the least, so don't mind me, been a crappy day and I'm just venting my sour mood. ;)

I have to say I'm a bit disappointed in the growing trend I've noticed where giveaways are requiring people to have a facebook account or something similar. I have never had nor will I have have a facebook account, twitter account, etc. I prefer to do it the old fashioned way by sharing things directly with my friends/family instead of the world... guess I've always been more of a private person. So old farts like myself will never get an opportunity to take part in these giveaways. Which is probably a moot point as I tend to buy stuff as soon as it goes up for preorder if I have any interest in it. So good luck to all you facebookers out there!

Hmmm, I only had time to update and do a quick test to make sure the Mig was working in 2.0 and just did an auto start with all the activity I have going on around me. I didn't notice any stutter though... Wasn't looking for it but from what you posted I would have noticed it right away. Did you try doing a repair for the heck of it and rebooting? Never hurts to try. Good luck!

Try as I might, I can't say one is better than the other. I enjoy them all, just depends on my mood at the time I fly for what appeals to me. I agree with pretty much all the assessments here but I just love them all! :D
