I am not sure if this is campaign specific, but I don't get this problem with any other missions or modules (although they are usually shorter). It started with mission 7, all is good untill more or less passing Irish and heading towards B4 and M5, FPS gradually drops to finally reach amazing 1 FPS which is complately unplayable. I am not sure if there was an update to DCS which affected how the missions work? I guess it is connected to other uints doing their job, engaging air defences etc. which makes everything to slow down so much. I've tried it in both OB and release, with various settings, with or without TrackIR, tried quite a few things. CPU, GPU and memory are not overloaded either. Currently I am not able to finsh the campaign because of that :-( Any tips would be appriciated!

You know you don't need to connect Ground Power at all to start up, don't you?

Do you have to use Open Beta for training or single missions?

They will be fine if they keep to stable version for a few days.

Thanks for the update. However, if I use your files instead of 1.2, I get compeltely empty 'Controls' section.... I am using JSGMEin stable version

It's probably been reported before, but I get massive FPS drop (everything becomes a slideshow) when other planes release A/G weapons - like bombs. I get it every time in instant mission (Persian Gulf) 'Beachparty Interdiction Rockets'. The problem is that other planes drop their bombs just before I am supposed to aim and release rockets, so it is almost impossible to do. Otherwise I have no performance issues on any map...so just wondering what is happening there?

I think it's just coincidence that it crashes after installing the campaign - have a look in bugs forum, there is currently a problem with Viggen in Open Beta.

It would be great if this was fixed, I wasted quite some time before I found this thread :-) Will try F10 now, I hope it works!

I am not sure at what point Viggen's radar should burn through Moskva's jamming, but couldn't you release the missiles in bearing only (NAV) mode?

have you tried both options in nVidia panel, 'full screen' and 'full screen and windowed mode'? For me it only worked with the latter (in DCS).
