  1. Thank you guys- very much. Yes- MiG´s tires are big. I followed the prints. I believe they uses so big tires to have not a lot of weight pressures on the ground. The MiG was constructed as frontline fighter and able to use highways and fields for take offs and landings. That should be the reason why tires of the 29 are relative big. I looking forward to the MiG29 module of DCS in a far far future. I hope that MiG29 will have the same deepness of simulation just like the Ka50 have nowadays- That would be great. My very best wishes, TOM
  2. And the Ingame shots: Best wishes, TOM
  3. Well - I finished my MiG-29. Now it´s available for LockOn FC.1.12 and BS . I hope that I can test it in FC2.0 in future... It have arround 30.000 triangles and the latest LOD have arround 15.000triangles. It works online My best wishes, TOM
  4. Hi, outstanding work! But I`m fully agree with VolteTigrou: The workload of thes model should be much to heavy for actually PC`s. And next one: Who wrap this beauty with all these hundred fine highly detailed parts? However: I`de never saw so an nice project just like this one- great work! All my best wishes, TOM
  5. USSR model is sooooo fine. Very good- I like it well. I`m a little bit confuse about the big differences in dimensions both models have. However - The USSR model should be very correct in all scales.... Best wishes, TOM
  6. Dear John, yout model looks very good. But basecally I`m not able to help nowadays. Maintainly my problem is that I renew my complete hard- and software. Thistime I use a PC with about 1.8GHz and 1.5GB-Ram and a 256Mb graphic card. But now I have to buy new hardware and software just like new windows and so on. Think it will cost a lot of time to make my system stabil and useable to me. However: Your model looks very fine so finish it please (I mean wraping and animations) . My very best wishes, TOM PS: Use ED-textures so I`m pretty sure that a lot of members will use your fighter in future :smilewink:
  7. Hey john, yes- You should do it. Your model looks very fine. The front gear looks a little bit to short - just like compressed but I`m not very sure. However- that should be a good step into the future. My best wishes, TOM
  8. Hello friends, well I don`t have much experience in 3d modeling , skining or animations but I allways have a lot of fun while I do it in freetime. So I`m very very happy and proudly that I still finished some of jets for LOMAC and DCS... My very best wishes and greetings, TOM
  9. Hey- I found a very good skin made by "Mitch" - I love it and used it for my F-16 fighter. What I want to say is simply: Trye to wrap your model with LockOn-textures, please `corse there many are great textures made by the community for the F-16 Falcon.
  10. Hi again, I installed my F-16CJ into the DCS folder and it works. So johnX, if you be able to hold on by pylon coordinates I gave you your F-16 will work in DCS too and your one will look much better :joystick: Best wishes, TOM
  11. However, Great stoff john! That F-16 looks very fine. I like very well.
  12. Dear Vanir, thank you much for your friendly post. About your questions: It`s very hard to isolate one single aircraft `course basically every new modded airplane need his own meinit.xlm. The maintain problem are the coordinates of pylon hardpoints. Nowadays I work hardly to make all my fighters compatible to BlackShark wich doesn`t use a "meinit". As I started to remodel specially fighters groups I used bluprints well and got nearly same sizes as ED models but others heights after comparing with photos. It could be possible that all fighters in LOMAC are still correct but without weights like fuel and weapons. So all strut compressions are unpressed and the fighters are some centresmetres higher. I payed the tribute and added the hardpoints in meinit`s file but BS haven`t one so all missile positions will go to hell. Now I can bring some fighters into the limits of LOMAC fighters while respecting bluprints datas. However: If some day I won`t need a seperate meinit-file I will be able to isolate every single fighter and the community will be able to work with more them one fighters mod simultanisally. So I still work on it and test it hardly and intensive with my friends. Hope, my answer give you some ideas and sorry for the long text. My best wishes, TOM
  13. Dear John, yes- I can do it. Please make sure that pylons still have the same coordinates I gave you. Otherwise it won`t be useable for BlackShark and FlamingCliffs- LockOn1.12 only and that would make me worry `cause you did a great job. Kind regards, TOM
  14. No- Tera Patrick. But seriously: That Eagle looks very fine detailed and higly poly counted. I constructed a Eagle in the past and I`m very interested about results of other parties. So it would be nice to see some more pics about that beauty. Regards, TOM EDIT: Oh- Here we have a nice one: http://img692.imageshack.us/img692/4820/screenshot077a.jpg Yes- outstanding work
  15. Puh - I`m very confused. Well , I will wait for more pics about the "other new F-15" `course these 2 pics show us the upper side only. I need more pics:helpsmilie:
  16. Yes- But you can use "Forsag.lom" - That file will neutral the afterburner. I like it more course the stock burner isn`t nice in my feelings. Regards, TOM
  17. For Su33 only? Puh ... okay. You need: Shapes: Su-33.lom F-15_LOD2.lom Textures: K-36.bmp RUS-HELMET.bmp SOPLA-3.bmp SU27-WHEELS.bmp SU27-WHEELS-W.bmp Su-27_Metall.bmp Su-27_TOMCATZ_PilotAnzug Su-27_TOMCATZ_Cockpit01.bmp Su-27_TOMCATZ_FUELLUNG01.bmp Su-33_TOMCATZ_RUMPF01.bmp Su-33_TOMCATZ_Nase01.bmp Su-33_TOMCATZ_FLUEGEL01.bmp SU27-WHEELS-W.bmp Su-27_TOMCATZ_Lufteinlauf3.tga Su-27_Nummern.tga Meinit.xlm: Koordinates for Pylons My very best wishes, TOM
  18. Well- A good way is to extract the ModMan-file manually with "WinZip" or stoff like that. So you will get the different folders just like "shapes" , "TempTextures" and so on. With ModMan "ModMaker" you can add wished parts up to a new modification. Its very simple course a MODMAN-file is mostly a Zip or RAR -file and easy to handle without MODMAN. To go sure here you will get the latest version: http://remixshare.com/download/7mxlx I fixed some uvv coordinates, added some new textures, added some new 3D models, fixed some shapes and so own and so own .... My very best wishes, TOM All textures should have English names. If there is something in german ask please.
  19. Whouhouhou- these pics are so hot that my mouse starts burning:notworthy::notworthy: Au yes- that looks great. Hm.... so they have to work with a lot of LOD`s hardly. Precise modeling still make very acurate and good looking models. I mean that these models looks like real photos - outstanding! Yes- of course you can isolate the Su-30 fighter. My intention is to release mods wich works like kit`s. So everybody can use seperated parts and don`t have to use the complete packages ever. As same as like "lock4ever". I`m very glad you like it. My very best wishes, TOM
  20. Damned- that looks so good! Very fine project- Great! yes- 18thousands of polygons will produce in the result around 44thousands triangles. Thats a lot of work but useable for a normal pc nearly dual core 3.2GHz. Think that should be normaly hardware nowadays. Not just like me and my old 1.8GHz "troublemaker". My very best wishes, TOM
  21. Dear john, you did a outstanding job- I like it very well. So 25.000 polys should be okay but not more. The trouble allways starts when 10 "high poly jets" taxiing the runway so its better to build a good looking fuselage by saving polygons. Actally graphic cards went faster and faster last years allthough processor structures are still the same as ages before. So we can push the look highly with high-res. textures and TGA`s. However: Great job-:thumbup::thumbup: Very best wishes, TOM
  22. Thank you very much:)
  23. Thank you sir. Well I can try to isolate the SeaFlanker. Here I made some pics last night. I modifyed them with a bit more contrast and less colour. All pics made with following system: 1.8GHz, 1.5GB Ram, 128MB GraphicCard - DirectX8.1 , WindowsXP Following Mods used: TOM`s JetPack2.5 , Lock4Ever5.0, ThreeShader2.0 by TekaTeka Thanks for watching, best wishes, TOM
