wow, that's great news! Your campaign is what kept me hooked to DCS when I was new and just started out. I dont know how often I tried 'this one mission...' Im sure you know which one I mean ;) It felt like such an achievement when I finally made that one, good times!

ooooh, I did not know that it was actually defaulting to the VR load screen. I am using a mod called VR MenuReadyRoom which is awesome, but apparently thats causing the issue for me. I just tested with that mod disabled and now the F10 map loads in the fraction of a second back to the cockpit so the issue seems to be gone ?!

As much as I love DCS, I never could stick around were it not for an online sqd and community. There is nothing better than flying with real people, no script or mission could ever replace that for me.

I have the same problem. In rare occasions in MP, going from the F10 map back to F1 even crashes my video driver beyond recovery. Meaning, Im still in game, I hear the throttle sound reacting to throttle movement, but the video including the mouse is completely frozen. Every time I switch to the F10 map, the delay to re-render the cockpit iseems to be very significant and I need to hope the game wont crash. this was working find a few patches ago (not entirely sure when it changed, but not too long ago). this is using Oculus Rift on GTX1080 latest video drivers

your system will be able to handle it. I have the Rift and can't comment on the Vive, but my advice: do it. I could never go back to track IR

ED adds in new features, people complain there is no bug fixes ED fix bugs, people complain there are no new features :D

We have/had the same issue and were trying to find the solution for months without success, we could never pin it down to a specific thing or scripting error. It turned out that you simply cant have too many menus. The solution for us was to tune it down and restrict the amount of menus drastically

Tested your mission very very well done! Thanks a lot for your work this is helping immensely to see at which points in the process one has weak points and makes it a lot easier to correct it for the next round!

This is great! We fly our missions on Sunday evenings too, maybe we can do some joint operations? We do have a ka50 and a mi8 squadron within the wing it would be great to exchange som experience and train together !

UR has a lot of extra features, that are all listed on the website. It has an external radio that is used by our JTAC players, integration with LotATC for our ATC players, it has a Transponder (IFF) feature, Voice Service for ATIS (yes, we can tune to a frequency and get the ATIS message via voice before taxi), it has a DataLink feature (we dont use it as many of our pilots fly in VR and afaik that is not compatible then since you need to export your mfd) and also an Emergency radio that detects when you bail out and then gives you radio functionality to talk to CSAR units. Im pretty sure most of those functions are not of much use for most players/groups, but for us in the 132nd it is the radio program of choice. Support by the developer is absolutely excellent and the one time cost of the license is absolutely worth it for us.

buying the A10-C will be one of the best money spent. You will spend hours and hours learning and mastering it (part of the fun!) and there are countless excellent campaigns and missions for it. Its my all time favorite even in the times of the Hornet hypetrain (and Im on that!)
