  2. Should not happen. Are you sure you locked it properly? When canopy is open: canopy lever back to lower it, then click the canopy strut to fully close it. Finally move canopy lever forward to lock. Many of the early youtube tutorials are out of date by now...
  3. Yeah my guess would be that the performance charts are no longer accurate after several flight model tweaks so they were removed from the manual.
  4. Also don't just fixate at the TGP screen, look out the canopy often. The red smoke isn't very obvious on the black & white screen, but very visible looking out the window if you are at least near the right town. ;) Also, you can request additional smoke using the F10 menu. This will make it very clear which building they want you to hit.
  5. I just played the mission not utilizing the AI wingmen at all. It's quite doable on your own and there are no F10 triggers in this mission so no need to stop the campaign because of this bug. :thumbup:
  6. On my first try of the mission one of the wingmen spawned at my supposed parking spot behind the follow me, so my plane got moved to spot 01 in a completely different area of the airfield. When moving they got stuck at the taxiway intersection so I aborted the mission. On my next try (after redoing mission 1) everything went well - apart from 2 randomly CFITing later in the mission. What does the I in AI stand for again? ^^

  12. Watched your track, nothing to do with negative g. You are overspeeding the engine. It will flameout at about 1350 kph around sea level. So just watch your speed indicator and be careful with that emergency afterburner in level flight. MiG will go like a rocket. ;)
  13. Normally patches hit us every friday (for either 1.5 or 2.0) but sometimes something comes up or a patch simply isn't ready so a week or two may be skipped. So no guarrantee! ;) Eagle Dynamics are the only ones responsible for patch releases and all 3rd parties are bound by ED's schedule.

  18. I think someone already told you. I don't have the module yet, but can't you access the Quickstart and Training missions via the respective Training or Instant Action tab in the main menu?

  20. No update for 2.0 so no F-5 for Nevada today. Only 1.5 Caucasus.
  21. Well obviously there won't be an update for 2.0 today, so you won't get the F-5 working there either.
  22. Landing speed depends on your aircraft's weight, hence you look more for the right AoA instead of speed. 150 is perfectly fine for a light plane.

    Mirage INS Guide

    You are mistaken, that rotary is not supposed to do that. Its function is not implemented yet, so it does nothing atm. As mentioned above, use trim left/right while AP is engaged to move the heading bug.

    DCS: F-5E!

    Has to be together with a patch as a new installer has to be built for new modules. So expect your F-5 on any given friday. ;)
