  1. Eben das ist ja das "Problem": Sound-Modifikationen von 3rd parties ändern auch Dinge in den CoreMods, weil auch AI Flugzeuge betroffen sind usw. Und da will ED (verständlicherweise) Mitspracherecht, damit nicht versehentlich die komplette Sim kaputt gemacht wird. Änderung wird von 3rd party an ED geschickt, dort muss sich das jemand genau anschauen und testen, dann wirds entweder akzeptiert oder hin- und hergeschickt, bis alles passt, dann muss ein Updater für den nächsten Patch dafür gebaut werden,... wie gesagt, alles nicht so einfach als mal schnell die Soundfiles zu modifizieren. ;) Cobra von LNS zum Beispiel hat schon des öfteren geschrieben, dass sie die externen Sounds der MiG gern ändern würden, es von sich aus aber nicht können. Und ED hat derzeit offensichtlich alle Hände voll zu tun (gibt da ja ein, zwei Sachen, an denen die so basteln ^^) und kann wohl im Moment niemand für den Bereich abstellen. https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2946296&postcount=14
  2. Small bug in M10: When I reach WP1 and lead reports switch to WP2 the subtitles are not displayed correctly. It reads: DictKey_Subtitle_551
  3. Nope, kneeboard gives the correct decimal format.
  4. Problem ist, dass in DCS die 3rd party Entwicker selbst nichts am Sound ihrer Maschinen ändern können, sie benötigen dabei immer die Unterstützung von ED. Das scheint im Moment ein ziemlich suboptimaler und langwieriger Prozess zu sein und ED hat zur Zeit wohl auch keine Ressourcen für so etwas. (Razbams bzw Rlaxoxo's WIP Soundmod wurde einmal integriert, seither nie mehr bearbeitet, LNS wartet wohl schon länger mit einem fertigen Soundpaket für die MiG-21 auf eine Integration, Viggen hat derzeit auch noch nicht die richtigen externen Sounds ingame usw...)
  5. Ah right! Nope, this one is still in. Other elements don't start in a fresh DCS, only after you launched another (or the same) mission before. I was talking about the bugged group dead trigger that broke the mission at a later stage.

  8. Yeah to confirm I just reflew the mission and it works fine on my end. You should be good up to M08. M09 upwards are broken atm by trigger issues.
  9. I completed 07 in the current patch (1.5.5.60503.215) no problems. Did all the tasks, sent the wingman to the tanker, RTBed myself, parked at the designated spot and ended the mission before the wingman was on the ground. Result 100. So not sure why the mission fails for you...
  10. Einfach den Target Unlock-Knopf drücken, dann bist du wieder im normalen Suchmodus. Die dargestellte Reichweite bleibt dabei allerdings bei 10nm, die musst du falls gewünscht manuell wieder erhöhen.

    Isn't that the point of shots within the NEZ? That the missile can't really be drained of energy within that region? I avoid short range 530 shots a lot of times. Just not by draining them, but by notching and chaff to break lock. And if you guys are really killed by 30+km shots while your RWR is screaming at you because of a Mirage hardlock for 40 seconds, the problem might be your flying skills rather than the missile performance. ;) It's a pain to keep the lock for even 10-15 secs against a maneuvering and notching target.

  14. Another method without the trim hat: just set your desired pitch (simply using the stick) then engage the AP...

    Yep, seen the same thing. The Hind seems to be loaded with the wrong rockets. Quite funny actually to see it trying to kill infantry with smoke markers. ^^ I killed the BMP with guns, it's quite easy to crack.

  23. Hi. I am flying mission 7 at the moment. With the current state of the AI in the game (wan't this bad for a long time tbh) I'd really reconsider making the survival of the wingman mission critical. Maybe it's just me but as soon as I take him with me anywhere near below 5000ft AGL he is about 90% certain to commit suicide by CFIT within the next 2 turns. This is beyond frustrating. Other than that I love the campaign so far. Very well thought out and executed, awesome voiceovers and a great immersive story! Way better than many of the paid DLC campaigns out there. Thanks very much for the effort, I hope other module devs take note!
  24. I am having the issue in mission 7 where I don't get the radio calls from the wingman, I only hear my side of the conversation. Now I might be missing something, but I think I configured the radios correctly (both radios turned on, green channel 1 on the ground, ch3 after takeoff). Also I'm hearing his standard calls (like 'two, rolling' or 'wheels up') so I should be on the correct frequency. Only the custom ones are missing. Any suggestions?
  25. Just a small error: In the mission data card for M07 the Tacan channels for home plate and divert are switched. See screenshot. €dit: Just had a quick look through the documents (not trying to spoil myself ^^): M08 also says 44X for Vaziani.
