F-5 macht überm Boden ca. 590 MIL, 650 mit Nachbrenner (4xMk82, 2xAIM-9, 80% Treibstoff). Gibt auch die Option mit 9xMk82, aber dann halt ohne Zusatztank-Möglichkeit und 60-70 Knoten langsamer. €: Hoppla, Nevada... also 5000 ft MSL? Da eher 520/580. Also allgemein so ca. M0.8 trocken, 1.0 mit AB. Beschleunigt aber langsamer als die Mirage.

Deine Einstellungen an den Funkgeräten passen schon so... ich glaube immer noch, dass du ein Problem mit der Tastenbelegung zum Aktivieren des jeweiligen Funkgeräts hast. Interessant wäre somit ein Screenshot mit offenem Komms-Menü (direkt bevor du F3 für Triebwerksstart drückst), damit wir sehen können ob du immer noch mittels Intercom probierst zu funken. Alternativ im Kontrollmenü einfach mal alle Einträge, die irgendwas mit MIC Switch (Kategorie HOTAS) oder Kommunikationsmenü (Kategorie Kommunikation) zu tun haben, löschen und dann anfangs nur mal MIC Switch Forward belegen. Mit dieser Belegung dann probieren.

Du funkst übers Intercom, welches nur für den Kontakt mit der Ground Crew zu gebrauchen ist. Ich schätze mal, du verwendest dazu den Befehl 'Kommunikationsmenü' (Keyboard #). Um die 3 richtigen Funkgeräte zu verwenden, musst du diese einzeln belegen (auf Stick oder Keyboard) und dann das jeweils gewünschte aktivieren. Du suchst nach den Befehlen MIC Switch Down/Forward/Aft in der Kategorie HOTAS. €: Für den Tower brauchst du VHF AM (MIC Switch Forward).

I use a Visa Electron for online purchases and I get this error if I select the Electron option. Choose debit and it's fine for whatever reason.

There is a difference between the Mission Editor (the one from the main menu) which lets you edit about everything in a particular mission, and the preflight Mission Planer (as seen in your screenshot) where you can only change certain parameters of your flight (waypoints, loadout etc.).

Fliegst du in Nevada? Das liegt die Differenz zwischen Seehöhe und aktueller Höhe des Bodens über dem Meer oft bei ca. 4000 Fuß, soweit ich weiß. Könnte es damit verbunden sein?

The small circle was a placeholder and was replaced by the big ccip circle a patch or two ago. Make sure to select TAS and/or RS on your PPA to get ranging information. TAS uses the radar and RS the radar atimeter so switch them on respectively. The reticule will start to move once you get in range. Hope this helps!

Well it's singleplayer, so it doesn't hurt anybody, does it? You decide how realistic and difficult you want to make it for yourself.

Finished today, awesome campaign, very well designed and great immersion. I consider myself not all that proficient in the A-10C but the campaign was very manageable for me (only mission 14 nearly broke me, had to try that one for about 5 times ^^) so I can recommend it for newish players as well. Great fun, thanks Ranger79!

Just finished the campaign today and I have to say despite all the things that are going on within the missions I always knew what I was expected to do and never felt lost or anything. The missions are very well designed in that aspect. Just stick to your flight plan, listen to the radio calls and follow your orders and you'll be fine. If nothing happens for a considerate amount of time you have obviously missed something. Sometimes units can be very hard to detect at night or in urban areas but in the worst case you can always fall back to your little cheat card (aka send in the all-seeing, all-knowing wingmen). HF!

Geht auch in 1.5, die Funktionsweise ist nur geändert worden. Man muss jetzt den Steig- oder Sinkflug mit der gewünschten Rate selbst einleiten, dann den AP aktivieren. Der bringt dann das Flugzeug auf die gewünschte Höhe.

I'm not sure if he was even hit. Bugged proximity fuses probably saved his ass about 10 times. ^^ Good flying nonetheless!

You are in game mode, I guess? So the single thrust entry is probably a simplification of that mode. In sim mode I have thrust left and right to assign individually.
