  1. To mark a target position you need to look for the keybind 'AG designate/Magic slave/INS update'. Use that one instead of enter.
  2. It's a fairly new change so I'm not sure if this made it into the manual yet. Anyway there is a new version of the training missions that you can download here: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=180154 The new startup mission should have the ADI uncaging covered.
  3. The mission is buggy in the current patch. You can either wait for the next update or download a new and revised version of the training missions here: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=180154 The new version should have the problem fixed.
  4. As said on the first page of this thread, RD isn't implemented yet. So the training mission is a bit ahead of the module in this regard (and there'll be a few more instances where this is the case).
  5. There are two different keybinds for the radio, one for on the ground and one for in the air operations. 'Communications menu' only works on the ground. Sorry, I'm not at my computer right now but iirc the one for in flight is called something PTT button or similar. Look it up in the communication subsection of the controls menu, you should be able to find it. And regarding tuning frequencies and stuff, don't confuse your UHF radio with the radio compass. They are two completly seperate things. One is for communication, the other for navigation. ;)
  6. Yes this is an older bug that many people have, but the devs could not find a solution yet. If it doesn't work for you from the main menu options, try using the in flight menu or vice versa. One of them should work.
  7. Try moving closer to your leader when he is waiting. The vehicle should start moving when you are right behind him.
  8. Must be designed by the same guy that made the pitch trim indicator where nose up is down and vice versa. :D
  9. Sorry, not seeing the same thing here. Trimmer works fine for me.
  10. Jep, there it is: If you look closely you can see the little stripes and everything. ;)
  11. Yep this is an old problem that exists since the module was released. When you empty a store (drop the tank, fire all missiles of a type,...) its entry in the PCA disappears inclulding the little light (S) below that shows that it's selected. This is misleading though, the store remains selected until you either press the now dark button once more (de-select) or switch to another store. Since the radar only locks if nothing or A/A missiles are selected I'm sure that's the issue here (same goes for special modes).
  12. Correct :)
  13. You get tracks from MP as well. When you have the issue, exit the server. A track will be generated automatically in \savedgames\DCS\Tracks\Multiplayer
  14. The main reason for all the fuzz I think is multiplayer where people don't want the Mirage to have it because it might get an unrealistic (aka unfair) advantage. :)
  15. I thought the best way to do it would be to just make two different missiles: a Magic and a Magic D2M (both versions seem to be coded anyway now). The D2M version would only be loadable on the outer stations, would use the different pylon and enable D2M functionality. No need to modify the loadout screen and can be disabled in the warehouse if desired. That being said I also have no idea how much work this would be for the devs, especially now that there's already another system in place. Maybe it could be revisited at a later time...?
  16. I'm interested in the Viggen especially because it's not an F-16 or F-18. They have been done to death, I can't see them anymore. I need something new in my life, and I'm finding it here! :) Also I think the Viggen will profit from it being the first of its role in DCS (see the popularity of the Mirage 2000). It might have a harder time if there was already a say Tornado in the game.
  17. Guys, you are going round in circles. Just sayin'...
  18. Loved the beginning. So I'm not the only one! +phew+ :megalol:
  19. 1) Police Light sollte gehen, sieht man nachts ganz gut.
  20. Gave this one more try. Ok, I probably only had bad luck the last few times. This time I completed the mission with two surviving helos. Onwards we go! :) Thx Apache for your efforts and the great immersive nature of the campaign so far!
  21. Yeah this one is a little frustrating. Just tried the mission twice: 1st time 2 guys collided at takeoff after the extraction, 2 went home but my game crashed at RTB (probably unrelated). 2nd time 2 helos collided immediatly after I killed the boats when they went inbound and the other 2 landed on top of each other resulting in yet another fireball. -_- I guess the issue is more complicated than to just make them invulnerable or maybe reduce their number...?
  22. Yay finally completed today after the campaign was out of action for a month because of DCS problems (all seems good now). As I said earlier this one is on par with the best paid DLC campaigns out there and above and beyond some of the others. Thanks to Razbam for investing in a great SP experience, it makes your module even more valuable. And thx to baltic_dragon for the fun time I had. I'll be getting anything that comes from you in the future (already picked up Enemy Within a few days ago although I suck at the A-10 :)). Loved it!
  23. Also you can program the BAD for WP9 while you're still on the ground aligning your INS. This will greatly reduce your workload before the attack.
