  1. Here : https://www.avialogs.com/images/photos/docs/129/1879/preview/1879-p48-large.jpg This comes from the only manual available on the internet. You can read that under 300kts the stick is commanding the AoA. Say neutral trim is 5° AoA and you fly at a speed that require 14° AoA you will need to trim the aircraft for that 14° AoA. If you can find somewhere that the mirage has auto trim then please share it with us. But as far as we know, current implementation is correct.
  2. Fixed it for you, it make more sense like this ;).
  3. I will add that you are wrong an that the flight model is great :).
  4. Hi there, First, awesome work on the map, it looks really great . From my limited flying I see that the taxi and runway names used in the aircraft knee-board charts and the little panels on the side of the taxiways are still not corresponding. As taxi and runway names are important for airport communication I would be great if it could be fixed. Regards.

    Mirage F1

This guy is the original designer of the Eurofighter Typhon, show some respect to his very true statement. https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3176935&postcount=14 Be aware of the troll guys... :D
  6. Looks like this works, still downloading :).
  7. I'm at home in 20-30 mikes and I will report how it goes .
  8. If I'm not mistaking doing "DCS_updater.exe update @openbeta" in the open alpha bin folder will update my 2.2 install to the 2.5 version, right ?
  9. Yes, I think it's in the manual. It's very simple: -class 4 -> 4nm/h -class 3 -> 3nm/h -class 2 -> 2nm/h -class 1 -> 1nm/h IRRC it's as simple as that.
  10. No, ALCM will work on an already aligned INS, like after rearm of after a QRA standby period.
  11. There is a autopilot mode that you can engage when in hover that will slave the rudder to the Vivian camera.
  12. Thread derail TLDR : The plane I like to fly is inferior to the F-14 so the F-14 needs to be nerfed because otherwise it's not fair. If the above is not applied, multiplayer should not exist. /TLDR Like..... WTF ? I was starting to write something to add to the thread, but I think it's done... Can't add anymore rep SHaDoW....
  13. You don't. I don't see your point, you want to take out a Fox1/3 capable aircraft that have a radar with 40+ nm range with your short radar ranged Fox2 only aircraft and you are complaining that the fight is not fair ? BTW, good situational awareness means that you can't be surprised by another aircraft, I you are surprised with your pants down it means that your situational awareness was bad or not good enough.
  14. I would guess that you would only get range information, as in the mirage 2000.
  15. The only restrictions that make sense are time restrictions, and I don't think you can find a time-frame were every DCS fighter keep their Fox1 and the F-14 have to abandon its Phoenix. Quick internet search : AIM-54 : 1974 Super 530D : 1987 R-27R: ~1985 R-27ER : ~1990 AIM-7M : 1982 AIM-120 : 1991 There is no point to remove it other than "balance" or "fairness" that I find irrelevant to this sim. Edit: Balance is already here, I would really like to see the turkey performances with 4 or 6 phoenixes, good luck turning or accelerating with that drag and load, not even talking about range limitations :D.
  16. Same here, if my motherboard did not die I would have kept it with a 1070 and 16GB. You should be good for a few year.
  17. Yup, confirmed by the real manual :D.
  18. Wait till I get home, I will give you the JSGME mod I use for that ;).
  19. Jaguars IRRC.
  20. Mirage does need trim. It's the decol light that is on, you need to reset to takeoff trim, and to do that you can double tap the AP standby button
  21. The com separation between flights, main battle frequency, AWACS frequency, airport frequency...
  22. MUST.............SPREAD...........REP !!
  23. They will try to convert it but it won't be available at the beginning of 2.5.
