    Mini HUD

Is it available in other aircrafts than the FC3 ones ?

    Drag back?

It would be the speed at witch the plane build pitch rate, or Gs in the mirage case as the stick commands Gs above 300kts. Currently if you apply max back stick the delay between 1G and 9G is too high.
  3. NTTR is much higher than the Caucasus, it would explain the slower speed.
  4. From my experience the longer range is not that significant but it's still something to take into account.
  5. That's it, thank you
  6. It's a HOTAS control, I don't remember the precise label but it's like "AP Disconnect". It's a different keybind than AP standby.
  7. Why wouldn't it ? Pilot commands are not directly transferred to the control surfaces, so even with abrupt stick input the FBW would be able to maintain its limitations. IIRC the Mirage allows up to 11G when passing the elastic limit.
  8. Yup, Kev is right. Also, the Mirage 2000C is a interceptor aircraft with secondary AG capability while the F/A-18C is a multi-role aircraft that would be tasked with air superiority. That would explain the missile capacity differences.
  9. The updated FM is in all branches.
  10. The problem seam to be when the plane hit 7-7.5Gs it will keep getting more Gs but at a much slower rate.
  11. Yup, go for the Viggen.
  12. Jojo already explained it multiple times. Trim at slow speed is because the stick controls the AoA that increase as you slow down. The nose down ineffectiveness is because IRL the stick has a very short forward travel.
  13. For how much time did you keep the lock ? :) The radar don't drop your target instantly when it goes out of the search cone, it will keep the target and update its position with the data it had before it exited the search cone, and try to require it when it goes inside the search cone again. But after some time the lock will drop. The radar display mode your are using is projection, vertical sides of it represent the extremities of the search cone, that is 60°.
  14. No, the antenna can scan up to 60° left and right, that make for a 120° search cone, AFAIK same as the F-15. Did you RTFM ? Because the above is well explained in it ;).
  15. I FEEL THE NEED......THE NEED...... FOR SPEED !!!
  16. The Mirage 2000C S5 (the one simulated in DCS) is using the RDI (Radar Doppler a Impulsion) which is a upgraded version of the RDM specialized for air to air usage.
  17. The Mirage 2000C that is simulated in game is not using the RDM radar.
  18. Temporary fix -> don't touch anything unless the last HOTAS select you touched is PCA select :).
  19. Take a read here :) : https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3097392&postcount=4493
  20. As said in PM, the problem exist but is linked to the incorrect PCA implementation and I sure will be fixed with the PCA update.
  21. I tried to recreate the bug but I couldn't from your instructions.
  22. Just test it, it will be very obvious ;).
  23. Have you tried to re-save the mission ?
  24. Use the CTRL+Enter to see what the FBW is doing. You will see that when you return to center the FBW will do a big opposite roll to stop immediately the roll moment.
  25. Here we go : #1 Target Mach speed (correct). #2 Target bearing. #3 Target closing speed (correct ?). #4 Target Altitude. #5 Distance to target. #6 Target relative bearing. #7 RWS closing speed. #8 Scan cone max and min alt at TDC position. #9 Top line is reference point (00 is your plane, 01 is waypoint 1....) bottom line is range/bearing of your TDC from the reference point. #10 Own speed in knots (top row), own speed in mach. #11 Own barometric altitude.
