DCS: F-16CM Block 50 by EDSA Discussion Thread
Cytt0rak replied to NineLine's topic in DCS: F-16C Viper
Wish we could get -D model too. -
Bear in mind no one owns those names other than the respective nations. Anyone is free to make any squadrons they like. You guys should be happy that government is not like Disney and sue single person to death over using their names. DCS is a growing game in few years all so called "free" squadrons will run out.

Thanks. So we can assume that we will get HTS and probably CCIP upgrades too depending on the info out. -
DCS: F-16CM Block 50 by EDSA Discussion Thread
Cytt0rak replied to NineLine's topic in DCS: F-16C Viper
Mvsgas did base Block 50 come with HTS and TPOD or was it a later integration? -
NineLine what about AI and this mission making stuff coming in with Mac? Is this going to be a DCS update or MAC is a different entity and client?
-
Open beta and stable updates same day or its going to be stable only in 16 Jan?

Joey45 do you know any way to draw those arguments in lua?

Tholozor's More Accurate Laser Maverick Texture
Cytt0rak replied to Tholozor's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
Yes I know but they have been in DCS for a while I was looking for ways to get them in as mods if possible. I couldn't find a way to draw arguments as in bombs. -
Tholozor's More Accurate Laser Maverick Texture
Cytt0rak replied to Tholozor's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
Tholozor could you make those white mark series thermally protected bombs too? -
It should be able to get a kill on T-72 T-80 and T-90 as none of them have magical armour on the top of turret or engine compartment.

RAZBAM mismanaged whole process about AV-8B N/A considering we were going to get Harrier finished this December. After that word has been said nothing big came to Harrier and there hasn't been any communication about lack of consistent updates for bug fixes and features to it, many bugs that has been in Harrier since day one are still there. Comparing F/A-18C to AV-8B N/A with bugs is a spit on the developers of Hornet as its been changing quite fast and dont forget Harrier was 5 months old already when Hornet got released.

https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=224529 https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=214962 There is a way to do it but its bugged for a while. TPOD should be slaved to DMT when you select SLAVE. Your best bet is slewing it to there yourself sadly.

I hope DECOY can forward this and comment about it. This has been my main bug crusade against AV-8B N/A for lots of months.

When you press A/A while having MAV menu on you get a camera feed with crosshair like IRMAV in place of Laser MAV markings.

I have no idea how did you manage to put out that long post in a easy to understand compilation of words. I doubt that I said Heatblur doesn't update. You can read the post you quoted again. Coming back to that they seriously didn't need to release updates in the same manner of RAZBAM. Can you quote my post that indicates "something can be coded within few days" in response to this? Funny this has been goto answer these days. No I'm happy with other early access products I have bought within DCS. Would you elaborate?
-
Heatblur release their products in a way that there is no need for "often" updates.
-
Video that has nothing new? Has nothing that answers peoples concerns? They can inflate number of information sources as much as they want but it still does not have any answer OP's frustration. People are complaining about fixes and features that are not here yet after a long while. There are still several bugs that haven't got fixed since day 1. I'm clearly not the one that is doing the circlejerk as I don't write unless I see a necessity whereas you keep linking update changelog post to the every similar topics. You probably don't understand it as your standarts of a DCS module is "I don't care if its not working I'm okay with a small bugfix update comes out every month"
-
Jojo I'm sure all other people are intelligent enough to look at a post that was put out after a big backlash back in march https://www.reddit.com/r/hoggit/comments/84dxo8/doubts_on_the_status_of_av8b/dvpb5wh/ Did you know why that post in Reddit got such huge amounts of comments and same frusturation we have right now? No updates, no changelogs and no communication. There are no needs to straighten any facts as its been clear since January of this year. I hope you can come out with a better answer to this rather than your standard circlejerk in both M2K and AV-8B subforums.

I'm just sad that such a plane is going to rot for a long time. But I'm sure they won't be able to do this "release a plane fix it 5 years later release 2 more planes and hint 10 more of em" after a big negative feedback.

Nice work Bananimal

These are in DCS World files but not implemented yet it seems.

Unwanted Modules/Liveries Get Re-installed Automatically
Cytt0rak replied to Shahriar0's topic in General Bugs
I agree to OP we should be able to tick-off liveries that are unwanted. Especially Mig-21Bis ones which started taking a lot of space in our SSD's -
Maybe because issue is Harrier issue? Should I have written this at Mi-8 subforum?

What new feature of the Hornet are you most looking forward to?
Cytt0rak replied to Wags's topic in DCS: F/A-18C
Yes they do add tapes and cartridges to plane.
