  1. Looked at the track. Unfortunately large tracks are not very accurate at the moment in DCS. It started to go adrift after your first approach to the gun target on the island. Yes 410 is immortal, has to be, to limit outcomes in the mission. This common in campaign missions with a wingman. However he should not be landing on the island with a SA6, he is not scripted to do this. He should be heading back to the mainland. I will check it out this end. The only reason I could think the AI may have done this is if he ran short of fuel. Were you a long time taking out the bogies ? I will fly it and check it out. Badger633
  2. Hi Just as a double check flew the second mission you mentioned with refuel, mission 4. This using the port side. (As I have said use Port side when on your own and starboard when with a wing man). Again, as mission 1, no problems connected first time. So can not repeat your issue this end. The ability to refuel is a DCS simulation matter and is not controlled in the campaign script. If you keep getting the problem log it on the main forum. Unfortunately cannot recreate it this end and nobody else has raised it. So there no corrections to be made to the campaign script. Sorry cannot help further. Badger633
  3. UPDATE: Just flew mission one . That is the wingman will go to the port side and you have to go starboard, as the brief. Connected no problem first time, so cannot repeat this end. As DCS now seems to drop both baskets even before you call pre-contact are you making that call before connection? Badger633
  4. HI, my mistake, I was thinking when you refuel with your wingman. When you refuel and its only you it is the port side. Its only recently in DCS the refueler drops both baskets. Before if there was just you it would not drop the basket until you had called pre-contact and was in the correct position and then it would only drop one basket.(The Port one) I have had a quick look at your track. You seem to be having a problem getting a connection. It could be that you are using the starboard basket. As I said until recently in DCS the refueler did not drop any baskets until you called pre-contact and it would be the port one only so maybe it was expecting that. However this wouldn't explain why you had a problem with mission one though, where you have a wingman and you have to use the starboard basket. I will have to fly mission 1 tomorrow and test out for myself and let you know how I get on. I am confused however as I know people have recently flown these missions ok By the way I missed it, but you did call pre-contact didn't you ? Badger633

  6. Hi The 'breakaway' call is within DCS not the mission. It seems a common message especially with the F18 even if you are approaching normally. I get it a lot. May be a bug, not sure. Just ignore it and carry on as normal and you should be able to connect. If you are sure you are approaching correctly and the basket is refusing to connect that is not normal. Can you let me know which mission it is. Better still send me a track. I can then check it this end. Badger633
  7. It will be in the range of 28minutes and 30 seconds to 29 minutes and 30 seconds. I will check it out.
  8. Hi I am afraid not. Single person campaigns are designed that way. Multi player campaigns really need to be designed from scratch. You can always play a single person designed campaign missions by adding an additional player to the missions. However the campaign script will only respond to the main player and the additional player could create some unexpected results. To be honest if it was straight forward you would see more multiplayer options with the released campaigns. Also all DCS published campaigns are protected for obvious reasons. Sorry couldn't help.   9. Hi I don't believe so. John_e_alarcon above seems to have completed it ok. I will check it out though. If you could send me a track or Tacview file that would be useful. If you miss the first slot you will get a fail shortly after leaving the first airfield, so you must have passed that one. If you fail the second pass you will get a fail as you approach the coast You have to be in the airfield zone at 29 but get 30 seconds leeway before and after this time. What does the fail message say? Badger633

  16. Thanks for the kind words. Glad your enjoying the campaign. My main goal is always to create immersive missions with a on going plot. I always use VR for its immersive qualities. To be honest not started the next one yet. Still thinking of ideas at the moment. But will be doing another campaign for sure. Badger633

Hi 1.0 Make sure you have set all four JSOW up for TOO before your run in. 2.0 Select waypoint 4 and use waypoint designate to make it a target. 3.0 Select TGP, it will lock to WP4. 4.0 Wait until visual with WP4 then and only then search for migs. Your 4 Migs will be to the right. The ones to the left will be taken out by your wingman. 5.0 Place TGP over first Mig. Designate as target. Fire weapon. Then move to next Mig Designate target. Fire weapon and so on. You do not have to enter coordinates all JSOWs are targeted using the TGP. 6.0 Do not stray into kill zone, immediate mission fail. Hope this helps Badger633
  18. Hi Have you read the mission brief? This should answer a lot of your questions. It also explains the things you will need to know to complete the mission. You need to use way point 4 and waypoint designate it as a target. Your TPOD will then lock to this point. You then have to take out the four aircraft to the right of this and will have to search to find them but not too far. Also you will not see anything with your pod until you get close enough so don’t go moving it from way point 4 until you can see what your doing. Yes you will need to use all four JSOW. Make sure you know how to use them. If you set them all to TOO before hand this will make selection designation and firing a lot smoother. Make sure you go through the briefs for all the missions. They are not too long but essential. Hope this helps Badger633
  19. Hi, your correct. Originally it was correct but there were some DCS updates in the past which made adjustments to certain runway headings. This seems to have changed from 26 to 25. Will correct for next update. Thanks for the heads up. Hope your enjoying the campaign. Badger633

  23. HI Glad your enjoying the campaign. I will check it out and let you know. You will not be able to fly straight towards them and wait until you can get a comfortable shot. Would suggest you get a missile off early to give them something to avoid and then approach them but not head on using your direction of travel plus flares / chaff to avoid any incoming missiles. You should have an advantage then using your HMD plus the 9x's which allow almost a 90 degree shots. Badger633
