  1. Once you are able to start the Mission there is an option just between the "Cancel" and "Start/Fly" button to change your loadout. There you can change your loadout before starting the mission without to get back to the mission editor and change it there. By the way your question has been already answered here ;) https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2824186&postcount=4
  2. This way it should be much more practical so that it can be done in a few seconds without taking care of these things once a test flight is needed. It would be quite useful for quick mission designers/buildups.
  3. I take care of many things when I take my sreenshots. I have HDR disabled as there isn't much visible than an darkened aircraft. However there are still some good screenshots with it enabled. There is a way to disable the ground height restriction. It allows you to take screenshots right over the surface or even under it. It's possible to zoom in and out. However if you zoom to much the background gets incredible ugly IMO. At a certain distance the shadows disappear once you move/scroll to far away from the aircraft. Another option you can enable is depth of field which is quite cool. One thing I highly suggest is to change weather, season and/or time, month. Sun reflections on the canopy and the aircraft itself will be visible, clouds, rain, snow and shadows. Or add some crosswind if you take a picture of a burning wreck or an aircraft flying over the burning battlefield. Something I really like is the ability to change your camera angle with TrackIR in any view. Here is an old thread but there are still some useful things in there. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=114260
  4. Anyone else here who might like to see this in DCS?
  5. I think this is a possible answer to your question. The Leatherneck Simulations team separated into two companies (Magnitude 3 and Heatblur Simulations) due to the above reason.
  6. I noticed a small bug regarding the MiG-29's fuel tanks in 2.0 and saw that they were mounted incorrect under the inner wing stations. Here is how it should look like. It appears with every MiG-29 version in DCS.
  7. As it has been stated before without these people there wouldn't be an F-14 in DCS at least by Heatblur Simulations. So I think a bit more attention would be appropriate if you want your wishes to become reality. Without Santa Claus you wouldn't be that happy at christmas I guess.
  8. So you don't care about the developers that put time and effort into these modules?
  9. Well it's normal that you have to wait for modules and maps as they take quite a lot of time to develop. DCS 1.5 is in the OpenBeta state since September/October 2015 IIRC :)
  10. I think it's a preview how Normandy would look like in 2.0 rather than in 2.5/developer version. If you take a look at the images that were recently uploaded to the website you can notice that they look much more different than the ones we have seen so far (clouds, lightning,..). My guess is that the second image is taken in some kind of developer version while the first image is made in 2.0 which might be the release version for this map. But I think this would be the wrong topic to discuss that.
  11. Well if you supported them on Kickstarter you don't need to try that I guess.
  12. Look at ED's facebook page lots of information regarding DCS: WWII https://www.facebook.com/eagle.dynamics/videos/10158413498320341/
  13. Now you're one of them as well. I just noticed that I went from 4 boxes to 11 after the short forum maintenance.
  14. After the M-2000C arrived in DCS it took many months to develop and release a campaign for the Mirage. I don't know how long it will take to build the campaign. It might take many months as well so that they can start off with an older carrier model which will then be replaced with the new one that fits to the Harrier. Only if that is possible for baltic_dragon.
  15. I also would like to have more stuff for Nevada now except for the Caucasus map which will get an overhaul in the future. Also there are only two campaigns available for the NTTR made by ED. I'd like to have more campaigns for Nevada as well especially if it's possible to fly them with US or western build aircraft. However with the AV-8B's carrier capabilities I would rather like it more to fly it over any sea map. So Caucasus would be ideal for a campaign now as well as training missions. Normandy maybe too once it is possible.
  16. It would make more sense to create training missions first of all for the free Caucasus terrain with carrier ops which everyone can access while the campaign/s would take place in any terrain. In my opinion the main thing should be to create the training missions for Caucasus first of all. So that everyone can practise flying the aircraft without to purchase any other terrain.
  17. Yes it has a virtual pilot in it.
  18. Why? Maybe because the template has been released just a few days ago? Right now I'm aware of 5 to 6 new skins that were made and I'm sure there are many more to come. There was also someone on the forums who opened his own "livery factory" where you can request skins (including the MiG's). The few skins he made looked very well.
