Get yourself RivaTuner and use the D3Doverider tool within to enable Vsync for BS. Only tested on Windows7 but it should also work with Vista. http://www.guru3d.com/index.php?page=rivatuner

Under the Main Menu/Profile/Options/General you can change the units of measurement for speed, altitude and distance.

With the in game brightness setting turned to a minimum I get the following. Is everyone else experiencing similar results?

I also imagine the FC AFM will not consume the same level of CPU resources as BS currently does, therefore increasing FPS.
