  1. Thanks! I marked the F-4E as "probably the 80's version" as per BST's own words, but the reference you gave me is the most robust reference yet. I'll set it as fr.1977 for the moment =) As for the Gazelle, I'll mark it up on it's timeline with the different versions. //Jarl.
  2. Hi guys. Does anyone know, perhaps even the developers, which version of the Buccaneer is being modeled? =) S.2B? (in service '73-'94) Even more specific? I'm trying to keep this list up to date with relevant years in service. //Jarl
  3. Just made some updates to the wishlist. Foremost some new airframes, but also a little work on the weapons-sheet. (Ugh, those are much more difficult to get info on than the aircraft! x.x ) //Jarl
  4. In CCIP (PLAN w/ HD bombs), I get one bomb release on press of trigger, then all other release when I lift the trigger. Edit: Owh, can it be because I go to ANF, which I shouldn't? -.-' So, if I do it wrong, is the resulted behaviour still "working as intended"?
  5. As this forum is up and running again, I thought I'd continue this conversation =) IIRC the HKP9 carried 4 TOW missiles in the mountings, and also some in the storage compartment, so that the crew could reload in the field, by themselves. With so much knowledgeable people around, I guess this claim could be easily verified or contested =) And if it's verified... Could it be implemented in DCS? ^^
  6. Well, support it in a way; Make the rearm window module specific. So that module developers can add what ever they need into that menu/window. Salvo timings, fuse delays, specific fuel distribution, hardware changes. You name it. The Gazelle hacked the menu a bit, with it's filters and IR-shields, but those kind of needs should be better catered for. /Jarl
  7. This is great and above my expectations! Thank you, and well done! I shall start the planning of a GUI, and hope no one beats me to it due to my latent programming skills ;)
  8. Yeah, I like the idea! Being able to prepare multiple missions and then choose which one to load would be very, very handy! Some things in them could go to default values, like wind and time, if no data is set in the data-cartridge-file?
  9. Yeah, it's unclear if it's a module or just an AI asset for their Harrier module.
  10. Then please, indulge us in your wisdom instead of only patronizing :P
  11. My solution is to log flights manually in a spread sheet :P
  12. So any update on this bug? I still have the bug (even feels worse now, before it sometimes went away, now it's constant.) I don't dare to try the hotfix either <.< //Jarl
  13. Many of the airframes you mention are planned or in production already. Also, Heatblur are making a Forrestal Class carrier. Should be proper for this era. As for the size of the map, we should be prepared for something similar as with Normandy, where parts of the map will be very low definition (i.e. Thailand), and only the A.O. (Vietnam, or even only south Vietnam) is of higher quality. //Jarl
  14. I've updated the list with the WIP-stuff from Deka Ironworks Simulations, and OctopusG. I've also put notes on the "in dev" entries that are not official 3rd party developers. I would appreciate if someone could verify/correct the service years on the I-16 Type 24 as well ^^ //Jarl
  15. You should be getting activations regularly. I don't remember the frequency, but should be 1/every 3 months or something <.<
  16. The Viggen was never a NATO aircraft. ;) #triggered Most of the time the Viggen pilots only spoke Swedish nonetheless. It would be nice with Swedish ATC, now that you mention it. At least on possible future Baltic maps <.< //Jarl
  17. Yeah, you're probably right on the Huey. Does not stop us from pretending ^^ And for the map/objects issue: The Viggen is still fun, even without a Baltic Sea map, or Swedish ground objects ;) //Jarl
  18. *cough Huey cough* But yeah, not really much from that era, a.t.m. Someone has to be first, though! =) //Jarl
  19. Matt Wagner in some of his recent livestreams/videos stated clearly that it's on their to-do list. (I don't have time to find the exact one atm, sorry.) Edit: Aaaand now I see that Sryan posted it above =) (Well done Sryan ^^ )
  20. I think you're close to the truth here. My guess is, extrapolated from how ED have worked so far, is that they'll address this issue once they get to the point where they'll do the weather revamp. (They've talked about updating weather effects at times) //Jarl
  21. I think you are grossly underestimating what goes into software development by calling this task an "easy" one. Swedish proverb: "Many small steams... [make a large river]"
  22. +1 ! This subsystem would suffice ;) //Jarl
  23. I've read rumors and hints that ED have a rework on naval operations on their roadmap. I'm sure that includes carrier operations and interactions on flight deck, as described above. //Jarl.
  24. Dude, you are all over the place! Referring to topics and things I didn't even mention :P It's quite difficult to communicate with you when you do that. Just chill more. //Jarl
