  1. *bump* With the possibility to "hide"/remove pylons (F/A-18 ) now added to the game, this "slick" option should be possible for the Mi-8 now :)
  2. How about the announced AH-1S? :P Also want to reiterate this plead: And multicrew ofc. ^^
  3. How are these skins not adopted by ED and made official yet is a puzzling question! :O Great work, and I hope to have these in standard edition (easier to make good missions with them as standard) //Jarl
  4. Yeah, 2005 seems reasonable to assume. *fixing* =) //Jarl.
  5. Yeah, It's in the "In Dev"-list since Razbam re-announced it :matrix: //Jarl
  6. I propose a trigger or option in the ME to turn off civilian lights during night time. Be it a trigger zone or a "whole map" option - doesn't matter much. //Jarl
  7. Updated Yak-52 to "Released" status. :) //Jarl.
  8. A wish for what exactly? Please elaborate.
  9. IMO, that would be a bad idea, if implemented alone. I'd suggest, in addendum to that idea, to add some kind of filters. One to limit the equipment available to what the nation had/has available, and one filter that limits the equipment available according to date/era. Then I'd agreeing with the proposal =) //Jarl
  10. 1: "Easy fix" can be still be a need of a lot of hours to fix it, so there might be reasons why they save those fixes for later, larger overhauls. 2: ED continually adds skins/liveries made by the community. Just look at all the Iranian skins - most are from community skinners...
  11. Wait and see what they will do before suggesting stuff. Doing it like this just creates unnecessary clutter :P (We can assume they will make it look more like the real thing...)
  12. Super! //Jarl
  13. I could also be that the CCIP modes in DCS calculate the impact point for the capsule (so it would have hit if it doesn't deploy the bomblets), but as the bomblets deploy, they hit short? (my dumb drop cluster bombs always drop short) //Jarl
  14. https://belsimtek.com/news/1792/ "We've heard from community that Belsimtek has some kind of pattern.. e.g. if we are releasing news, then it means module is almost ready. Sorry to "disappoint" you. But we are taking new effort and changing our ways. We will be going through module updates with the community, and you will know about milestones in our projects, while we are going through them together." //Jarl
  15. Found the references about confirmation on HB working on a TARPS-pod, so I'm happy :) I'm totally fine with a wet-film version of the pod. Good enough for recon and pre-strike- and BDA-missions ^^ //Jarl
  16. AH-1S is confirmed, so it'll be a while until another gets made, probably. //Jarl. P.S. Good necro there. :P
  17. Ok, thanks anyway. I shall continue my quest. //Jarl
  18. Please ease my agony, and give me a source :helpsmilie: //Jarl
  19. I'm searching for official info on the TARPS, but can't find any :( I'd be super exited for a working one, as it'd be the first (AFAIK) photo recon in DCS. //Jarl
  20. Let ED finish their Carrier Module first :P Then start wishing for details. I can't see them adding more stuff to the free carrier before their module carrier is done.
  21. Yeah, you are probably right about the Hornets radar. Maybe I should have coughed "F-5" instead xD It's quite realistically modeled, only that elevation-scan isn't automated. Point was that there's radars that require hands-on and understanding about how they work already in DCS. Going on topic; I think that FC3 a/c should stay "easier". Partly because there should be an incitament to switch to full-fid modules, but also because FC3 a/c's don't have advanced systems modeled, and should stay that way - Let ED focus on making full fid stuff instead, and let FC3 be the steppingstone it is.
  22. "first taste of what a realistic aircraft radar acts like" * coughmirage2kcough *
  23. Updated with F-16C Block 50 and AH-1S info ^^ Yay! //Jarl
  24. I'm sure it's going to appear on the Iran side when the F-14 module is released. ;) //Jarl
  25. Maybe because it doesn't work like that? Isn't "out" requiring a constant button press? With a toggle, that would not work. But I can see that ppl with less buttons on their HOTAS would like it.
