I started to do the VF-2 in light gull gray, late '70 will be a bit long: need to remade every markings there. Luckly I found a good book on kindle for these planes. Also will be modify the roughmet ( not yet, it's the old one) to be more gloss a little taste

i'll start to do some early '80 VF-2 liveries, and maybe other squadrons (oldy VF-102). I've really few free time lately.

Thanks cobra, good news -

Imho official paintscheme is necessary to don't lost any info about weathering layers, panels rust ecct. Isn't so hard to use the currently textures as base for the liveries, but the final result have some important lacks I think which a good work need his proper time, so waiting patiently the paintscheme isn't so bad. Currently skins released are amazing, but how I work ( and repeat , I ) I want to put my hands over the official paintkit and modify the layers where is necessary, to fit my tastes. Also because the Heatblur model is so fantastic which I want to do liveries for this bird at my finest -
nice work dude about LAU, have your texture the same name of the LUA? Syntax seem correct and frankly I don't know why don't appear the correct texture. About UV cuts, unfortunately it's a very common problem, and could be solved only from HB

Beautiful as always tibi ;)
