  1. AFAIK, all of them.
  2. Will not deploy with external centerline tank or Landing gear down. AFAIK, it suppose to work like that on the real aircraft.
  3. In addition, The DTC receptacle door, in the DTU is normally latch open to make the DTC installation easier.
  4. Some specific version of the F-16 can carry the AIM-7 on station 3 and 7. They need special pylons. Without looking, the Egyptians F-16 (specifically their block 40), Iraqi block 52+, ROCAF F-16A block 20 and USAF F-16A ADF. I am sure there are others. AIM-7 can't be carried on station 1, 2, 8 nor 9. Only station 3 and 7 AFAIK, because of weight The AIM-120 can be rail launch, if you look at the missile it has "hooks" that go on the rail.
  5. It is better. Nozzle still only opening to 40% at max AB until mach 1.8, then it open to 50% and above as speed increases. Fuel Flow is better and rate of acceleration seem better. Did not test fully.
  6. Yes, Also After Burner (AB) should not affect RPM. RPM is not set and depends on many factor. The only thing to worry about is make sure RPM does not exceed 108% (plus or minus 1%) But AFAIK, nothing says RPM should be a specific number. Obviously if you have throttle all the way forward to max AB and you only have 25% RPM, that is different. But 90% to 106% RPM at mil power and above I would consider normal.
  7. Bouli306, Trying to understand what your saying. In you experience, running the engine at max AB always get 108% RPM at FTIT 980°C? All the engine run I have done I looked obvious that those parameter where not exceeded, but I never got close. FTIT gets close on a pickle engine run (that first pickle Run does make you "pucker" a bit when you see how fast that FTIT rises) and you might have to motor once or twice, but never sen RPM reach close to the limit, unless you conciser 100% close. To me it would be 106% before I call it close.

  9. First link talks about trim, second link is the same "flight control discussion" Its the same conversation, same points of view, why repeat the same point of view if no knew information is shared?

  13. Hell shadow, how is it on A models. Is it different or the same? Do you think parking brake works accurately in DCS?
  14. Yep, I "ate combiner glass" before. Did not quite cut me, but it leave a nice lump on my forhead
  15. That is why you have wheel chocks. It also disengages the parking brake if you turn power switch off. When towing the aircraft, if it gets accidentally disconnected from towing vehicle, you got to set battery switch on battery then parking brake to stop.
  16. Here is a track Caucasus Map Single player Starting on the runway version 2.5.5.36986 parking brake disengages.trk Seems ok to me. Is everyone getting same results or different?
  17. Throttle switches, you can't see them in the pit. You have to take some panels off, on the side wall, inside the cokcpit. The throttle switches send Power Lever Angle (PLA) to the DFLCC (IIRC, need to look) and it send the signal to the Digital Engine Control (DEC) for engine power scheduling and to other things, like disengaging the parking brake. Edit I was wrong. Throttle position switches send the signal to the signal data converter, not the DLFCC.
  18. Well, at what RPM does it disengage? On average, 1 inch forward should give you around 80% RPM or you can try to find a way to measure one inch the pit. I don't know how, just an idea.
  19. Parking brake on the Real F-16C is suppose to disengage with 1 inch movement forward of the throttle or 80% RPM IIRC as long as it has battery power or main power. Edit And it should hold the aircraft as long as engine running and Hydraulic system B has pressure or JFS/brake accumulator have pressure.
  20. Shouldn't be. RL F-16 has to fly with wing tip launchers. 16S-200 series launcher (old AIM-9 launcher, not sure if still in used in the USAF) or LAU-129
  21. Something to keep in mind RL AVTR videos do not record through the HUD, camera is mounted in front of the combiner glass. HUD symbology is superimpose on the video prior to recording and may or may not represent what is shown to the pilot in the combiner glass .
  22. -27GS did not say. I can't think where else would be describe in.
  23. I'm trying to find where is describes the tone in detail. The 00GV does not have it, the -1 does not. You think maybe the -23 or the -27GS might have it?
  24. The only F-16 I can think of right now that has a Missile Warning System (MWS) is the Danish F-16A, they need special pylons loaded with the sensors. Maybe some of the Israeli F-16 might have it but I am not sure.
  25. You can hear the slow speed warning here several times from 6:55 to 7:40 QYUXjz6-s6o?start=415 video is set to 6:55, just hit play
