I am not a Subject Matter Expert but will try to help; You have to be a bit more specific. What country, what year, what block are you inquiring about? Yes, on the F-16 that do carry drag chutes for landing, it is typically mounted at the base of the vertical stabilizer. Depends which version and year. Some had the chute removed to accommodate equipment, some removed equipment to accommodate the chute. Others moved the equipment around to have both. Which versions? what is the aircraft weight? weapons configuration? weather conditions? etc. There is no "zone 5", at least I never heard anyone call it that. I heard min AB or max AB. Fuel flow is not set in stone, depend in altitude speed, weather, specific engine, etc.

Just different options for different costumers. They even try a versions. Now even the F-15 has the same options in relation to engines.. Same as questions one Depends on the country, the year. For the most part intake and the engine is different. But they have different equipment on different countries and at different times (meaning they have different update/upgrade schedules). Some block 52 users are limited to the weapons US will sell them, others don't see the need to spend extra on more advance equipment for their needs so they use older equipment.

Is a PW thing because, PW is horrible. Our JFS used to be bad, we had to change them every 500 starts. Now I think their up to 1700 starts or more before you change them. That and the new DESSC makes the whole system better.

I have towed aircraft in a straight line and left tire marks on the ground (granted they where white hangar floor so it does not take much to scuff them). I have marshal in aircraft into their spot and aircraft left tire marks on the taxiway. To me if the tire is not smoking is not locking up.

The problem is the correlation your guys are making. Skid marks does not mean tire lock up.

What is your point of reference here? What make you believe its wrong? How do you think it should behave? Do you have a comparison a document or is it all base on you perception? Tire marks on runway and taxi way are common. Why? Because aircraft tires are relatively soft rubber compounds. Look at most airbases and you will see tire marks on many taxiways and parking spots. Look at Nellis in google maps. While car tires last years, and it take to lock the brakes to leave tire marks, I seen aircraft leave tire skid marks just by turning and tires only last a few months at best. Anti skid helps prevent (not eliminate) tire failure and improves control under braking condition. Could you stop faster without it? Probably, if you don't manage to blow the tires and loose control in the process. If you can't stop during landing on any aircraft, you are going to fast, are to heavy, the runway is not long enough or a combination of all three.

To me is amusing to see the guys that load everything they can, crash 3 or 4 time trying to take off. Finally get airborne, find something to shoot at, and go in for guns. As for the modules: I like it to match what ever aircraft they are modeling. Keep the cockpit to it native language, what ever it may be. I learn the KA-50 in Russian pit. I was even able to program the ABRISS and I can't speak a word of it. If it only has one skin, good by me, I don't need 20 versions. It can only be flown by one country, cool. If weapons are limited or not, if it is accurate good by me.
