Any idea when Currenthill's products will be available in Core DCS? Still in 2025 or later ?

Hello @Flappie, It was with SRS. I don't have the UH module but the problem was a few days ago reported by the members of our Huey Squadron. I'll tell them to contact you directly. And I could be wrong, but it seems to me that you speak French... that could make things easier.

Bug also published on the ED Discord Although this module is so old, it is still impossible to fly in multicrew in a multiplayer game because of certain recurring bugs. For example, it is impossible to communicate on the VHF radio in multicrew. Whatever radio you select, you can only transmit on the FM radio. It isn't possible to transmit on VHF. This problem still exists even if the pilot waits for the copi to reach the machine before starting the cold & Dark and activating the first buttons and switches. The UH-1H is therefore unusable for multicrew in multiplayer, which is rather disconcerting given that ED made it possible to do so. If anyone has a solution to this problem, it would be very helpful, or thanks to ED for resolving this issue.

It's understandable that a lot of work has gone into correcting the problems, and the two successive patches to the latest update are further proof of this. However, I'd like to point out that this particular problem was mentioned more than a year ago (17 Jan 2023 !!!) and has never been corrected... it's getting to be a long time. So this bug was already reported long before the CH-47 was released. So we can only hope that a solution will finally be found quickly... And the arrival of the CH-47 module doesn't seem to have given this topic any priority... which is a shame.

Yellow "urban" colour on F10 map includes fields
Razorback replied to Flying Toaster's topic in Wish List
I totally agree, the F10 map is not easy to use, especially for VFR Fly in Helos. - Nearly no marking names related to vilages. - Powerlines are only visible when you zoom to the max level While these are stop lines that are very useful for navigation. I'd really like the F10 map to look like a real, usable map. The current colours are also very surprising and confusing. Personally, I find this F10 map practically unusable. Flappie created a map for the Caucasus which, in my opinion, is the best map currently available on DCS. It would be great to have an F10 map for CWG that looks like this model. I'd also like to mention that this is practically one of the only negative points of this map, because the rest of the work that's been done is just amazing. The level of detail is very impressive, so a very big thank you for this achievement. -
The T34 is more a World War II tank than a Cold War tank, even though it was for example still used in the years 8-90 in the former Yugoslavia.

On the "Cold War Germany map" promo video we can see a T-62M and a BTR-70. These two assests are not yet available in DCS. Is there an asset pack "Cold War" planned (paying or not) ? null

Yessss...finally the release of the AFG map... Sad to see that the video doesn't include more low-level views of the terrain (especially in urban areas). Not everyone flies an F-18... So in future videos, please incorporate more low-altitude shots, as it was the case for the IRAQ map video. I'm pleasantly surprised that ED and Currenthill are working together... when will we see wider cooperation on integrating these mods?

Memo based on what ? I still don't think I've seen a single screenshot in 7 months linked to the update of quality of the map... Statements like that can be made and received every week... But for the moment they're just empty words, as it was the case at the time of the release, when we were told we'd have an update every 3 months.... I'm personally convinced that improvements are being made, but at what rate? At the end, it's totally incomprehensible to me that two ED maps are released within a few months of each other, and that one of them has to be almost completely reworked to "meets the expected quality standards". Is ED really hoping that customers will buy the complete maps when availability schedules are likely to be completely different from what has been announced? Yes, we're passionate gamers who spend several hours a week on our favourite simulator, but patience has its limits and ED has to stop treating customers as just wallets that will open blindly to replenish ED's money coffers.

What's really surprising is that both the AFG and IRQ maps were developed in-house by ED...during the same period. It takes several months (or even years) to produce these maps, and in the end the quality of the modelisation is quite different. Not on the same standard... This gives the impression that even within ED there is a lack of communication and coordination between the teams of developers. Production coordinator and supervisor at ED ? Quality Control? Anyway... Once again, one wonders if there is a captain to manage the ship. All in all, it's yet another blunder that brings DCS's operations into disrepute. Personally, my purchases of modules on DCS are on “Hold” mode, and probably will be for a long time. This chaos linked to the AFG map is one worry too many. At this point, my confidence is totally broken.
