  1. Good lord, that was posted in February 1st and Cobra has addressed that comment already....
  2. climb out on final bearing towards 600ft, once you pass the bow, turn to the BRC and maintain 600ft. fly out to 1.0 nm ahead of the ship, then turn to the down wind pattern permitting.
  3. Sent you the IFLOS mod in discord. Also, here it is if anyone wants it. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3300900/?sphrase_id=16174779
  4. Wake Turbulence has not been added in the Beta. The update you read was referring to the Battle Damage assessment being added. The Wake Turbulence will come at a later date and should be enabled on all aircraft.
  5. not sure why we need to even upload a track. this is easily replicated. ED guys can get two people to do this. one sits at an air base and waits for the other to take off from the ship and head to his base. The guy lands and boom, bouncing starts.
  6. Other way around, 1= Pilot 2= RIO:thumbup:
  7. Makes sure you don't have anything else mapping itself to the thrust Axis' in the controls. Check rudder pedals (brakes like to auto map to the throttle) as well as any game pads. Something is negating your inputs. EDIT: best thing to do, is clear our all of your mappings in teh AXIS Commands drop down, then map everything again one by one.
  8. That is what I am saying. when you go to land, this happens. The farther away from the ship, the higher you go. It is tied to the pitch and roll of the ship. If the weather is worse, you will go even higher. Calm winds, you will go only a few hundred feet (more the further away you are form the ship). EDIT: Pay attention next time you go out and see this. the bounding aircraft does not hit the same height every time, as it is dependent on the ships random pitch and roll.
  9. The bouncing is actually in sync with the ships pitching and rolling that it took off from. The farther away from the ship you took off from, the more exaggerate the bouncing will be. This also happens to Harriers FYI.
  10. install it via saved games and you dont have to. that is what I did and haven't had to do anything with it since.
  11. I dont have this issue.... I also have motion blur turned off.
  12. It's excellent, much better than all of the other headsets. I had the Rift and original odyssey and have used the Vive and Vive Pro (has same screens as the original odyssey). I have found that PD of 1.3 give the best clarity in the sim.
  13. well, you cant hear the AB in the cockpit in the real jet. Only for a short time on takeoff until the airflow over the canopy and forward movement drown it out. And no, it's external sounds only.
