  1. Never mind me. Wasnt there the other day, or days that I looked, but now the F-16 showed up in installed and I could disable/remove. That or I of course went blind the times I looked.
  2. Problem is, once the trial period is over, then they disappear from the installed section and you cant disable them. And the 'Module' section is empty.

  6. Yea, the feature they added for the Hornet and Viper, to have the option to choose between static reflections or none, Id like to see added to all modules in DCS, no exceptions, and very asap. Especially in VR those static reflections are horrid.
  7. Im using batteries of one Kodo, four Flak 36, some Flak 38 and Vierlings. Ran it online on a dedicated server last night and Flak fired fine. AAA too (not sure if both types fired). I am switching the groups AI ON/OFF depending on activity in their given zone. Dont know if that makes a difference.

  9. Wow, well that explains why I felt like it jumped off the runway yesterday in the couple of flights I had. I also had a hell of a time getting it trimmed last night (in latest 2.5.6). It would constantly 'overreact' on my trim inputs, but with a delay. Plane is 5m/s nose down, quick hit on on trim nose up (and sometimes two, cause its not reacting to the first input), and it trims, but keeps going until I trim nose down, and it trims nose down, but keeps going, and so it goes. Been flying it a lot in the last week+ in 2.5.5, in the same mission, and never had trouble trimming it and keeping it trimmed.
  10. ...can we get the remaining full green and brightness displays adjustable too? Radios, PCA, RWR, Nav etc? Also the HUD it jumps from off to like 30%, which is still too strong in the dark night.

  12. Was trying to pinpoint the reason or one of the reasons why I in certain missions would have dramatically less fps in 2.5.6 compared to 2.5.5. After a lot of trial and error with removing units or certain unit types, I came across the following: Infantry, infantry close to uncontrolled AI aircraft totally tanks the performance in 2.5.6. I tried putting them close to other unit types but never got the same result. In the attached test mission its just eight IL-76 uncontrolled AI on the ramp at Gudauta, and after 10 seconds a group of 8 infantry activate close to the first aircraft, 5 seconds later, group 2 activates and it keeps going. Notice the fps. Here from group 6 it really starts taking a dive. If I move the infantry outside the the planes 'square footprint' then fps remain unchanged. So its something with 'personal space'. If that is all infantry, or units, or just certain, and only certain against certain. I dont know, but they certainly make the difference for me, and in the mission I have been testing 2.5.6 against 2.5.5, well I have infantry groups close to uncontrolled aircraft, and removing those gives me twice the framerate (still 30 short, but I have a lot of units of various type close to each other).   14. Same mission, but with Harriers instead of the Ka-50. Has nothing to do with the poly and object count, albeit its marginally larger in 2.5.6. For me its the simulation frametime, its 10 times larger in 2.5.6.
  15. Yea but thats the KA-50 new cockpit model. I get the same results in other modules too, which are identical.
  16. Wow really guys. 2.5.6 is in a mess and you want more code added to it? Wouldnt you think Heatblur are waiting to see where 2.5.6 ends up first?
  17. Still no change after todays 2.5.6.44266 update. No better no worse, than all my previous tests in the same mission. Im still only getting 1/3 of the performance in 2.5.6 compared to 2.5.5 in a 'unit intensive, but not really that intensive' mission. And yes, metashaders and fxo deleted (every time), and even options.lua.
