Было бы неплохо не смешивать на кучу технические характеристики, эргономику, тактическую картину и неизвестно что еще и на этом основании менять техническую реализацию в симе. Понятно что если кругом 15-30 РЛС показывать будет все и сразу. Сравнивать можно разве что с полигонными условиями.

As far as description of SPO goes, blanking signal from radar is connected parallel to internal band(U1 U2) selection logic ANDs. Blanking from radar overrides internal blanking oscillation on band selection. Chips that, by description, accept blanking commands, can work at frequencies up to 1.5 or up to 3 MHz depending on model. Even worst case scenario is 10 times faster than HPRF. So, if any design flaw is taking place it should be somewhere in radar block N001-35-11. Otherwise it's either faulty connections or board components.

Ответ может содержаться в частотной характеристике схем И и ИЛИ, но тут их нет. Там вроде бы используются схемки 134ЛР1А, так у них частоты с большим запасом - до полутора мегагерц!

Your big post does not tell anything technically about sync. Single mention of sync frequency I ever met in SPO documents is 500 kiloherz of sync tester. Which is way above HPRF of N019. It's reported to work with threats of up to 125 kHz PRF, apparently considering anything above continous. But why it's tested in 500 kHz blanking? I would appreciate a techical answer with numbers.

И по документам и по словам инженера эксплуатанта все работало нормально. Там немного проще - все аналоговое мгновенного действия, без цифровых "раздумий". Н019 принципиально отличается от всего что ставили на 23, это как бобинный магнитофон и MP3-плеер сравнивать. С СПО-15 похожая ситуация, под капотом она несравнимо сложнее, несмотря на дурацкий интерфейс.
