  1. Now that's interesting. I've never come across anyone who has successfully repositioned their kneeboard without breaking IC. This feature has been asked for too many times to count, so I assume KB still does those edits in the core. Are you saying KB actually saves the changes in Saved Games? Which non one else has gotten to work? Cheers! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  2. Of course it would be a nice feature to have natively implemented. For the time being we can use VAICOM with VoiceAttack, and a HOPE VAICOM will support the new features! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  3. Would love that! And I wish we could have it on other relevant maps as well. Icing on the cake would be to be able to bomb them. [emoji6] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  4. Sorry for your loss. [emoji17] That sucks! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  5. Well done buddy! [emoji1319][emoji1303] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  6. Updater.exe update "version number" or something like that. On Steam you might be able to pick a previous version. Dunno. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  7. No, they're still flat, unfortunately. I really wished they had changed that with all the new maps. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  8. Possibly forgotten some old mod in Saved Games? Try rename the DCS Saved Games folder. That's exactly what we have now. Last year it could go two months between patches. The small ones we get are DLC campaign updates that comes with fixes after a major patch, and possibly hotfixes. Been confirmed by basically everyone that it's a mod problem. Cheers!
  9. The "It's complicated sadly" comment? I interpreted it just as you, and then all of the sudden the message from Wags, at the least the one I saw, yesterday. [emoji4] Well, I've said it before. When a wish or a post is tagged as "not planned" or similar, I just think of it as its not cooking yet, while they're gathering all the ingredients. [emoji6] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  10. Thank you for that heads up! I can't remember if anyone mentioned this before, in comments or videos. Hard pass for me then! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  11. ED does what ED does, and that comes along with quite the pleasant surprises! [emoji1] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  12. Oh? I thought it was to be a competitor to RealSimulator? Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  13. Not similar to this by chance?
  14. Exactly! Campaign creators of DLCs have already stated they will probably do it, and there is no reason for ED not to "update" the free ones, even if we can do it ourselves. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  15. Seems like a file permission issue. You are not or have been running DCS with admin rights perhaps? Just a shot in the dark. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  16. You should have gotten the force sensing for the Viper. That's how it's in the real one. [emoji6] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  17. What gave it away? [emoji848] [emoji6] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  18. Complaining about that number sounds like it's updating, a massive one, and running out of disk space. Never heard of that regarding RAM. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  19. No, problem! Didn't get it was directed at me anyway. [emoji4] And now you got me all jacked up for a possibly simpler solution! [emoji1] [emoji1303] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  20. You can do that with file names in Notepad++ too? Didn't know that, gotta try. I've been using PowerRenamer part Windows Power Tools from SysInternals. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  21. Please enlighten us how ED is supposed to fix it? You can do the temporary work arounds above, or just wait a couple of weeks for all the AV vendors to whitelist the false positives. [emoji6] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  22. They should all be en Saved Games, which makes it very easy to fix. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  23. The mods? Lots of mods have conflicts after the latest update. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  24. Exclude the Steamapps folder under Program Files (x86)\Steam\ in your Anti-Virus solution (Ie. Defender), THEN perform a file verification of DCS in Steam. Hopefully that will solve it. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
