The money ED sets aside for payments to 3rd party devs is likely an escrow account that they legally cant reallocate until the dispute is cleared by the courts. Just because ED gave you store credits doesnt mean they were allowed to give you actual funds, and just so you're aware that they generally dont even give you store credit or a refund AT ALL after a certain length of time has passed after you made your purchase. They certainly didnt with the Hawk T.1A. Count yourself lucky you got store credit. Razbam doenst -nor ever has- given store credit for any of their products outside of ED. OR REFUNDS outside of a DCMA obligated length of time.

I know EXACTLY what you said, and I told you that not everyone here has a bigger bone in the fight than I do. You stated you like the plane and wanted to have it. So did I. I also knew what I was jumping into with RAZBAM behind the wheel. I gave them a second chance. And just because you knew the decision behind ED and Razbam does not mean that RAZBAM DOESNT HAVE A HISTORY OUTSIDE OF HERE. Again, if you wish to side with Razbam (and I am not saying YOU are) thats your opinion. But you arent going to tell me that with YOUR OPINION Razbam products are all good and hearty when their tale is a long and sordid one with both quality and with questional reputation. Language barrier or not, take it however you wish. I dont really care who you like.

if thats the hill you wish to die on, fine. I gave Razbam the benefit of the doubt, much like I did with VEAO...and every other module creator in DCS. Not many people have more of a bone in this fight than I do. Its your opinion to side with Razbam, but if you are going to call out people, dont do it stupidly and blindly like you are now. Ok, toodles. Consider yourself informed (or underinformed, dont care).

Unfortunately people need to learn the hard truths of the world. Just like everything else, just because someone doesnt like it doesnt mean its not true. Ill stand and die on that hill. Ill refrain from posting more, but Ill stand by my statement too.

Having purchased razbams stuff for the better part of 2 decades - and having dealt with Zambrano more than once - I can tell you that its ALWAYS someone elses fault. Id point at my references too, but Razbams forums have been scrubbed of their FSX stuff years ago. Wonder why....

Thats what I thought too. Does Heatblur not deserve some love? Their F4 is pretty awesome. Blows my mind that ppl cant see Razbam for what they've always been: talented victims.

Oddly enough it was IRIS and Razbam who put together the F-15E gold package for FSX way back in the day. IIRC, IRIS was a cheap FSX module maker too with just good 3D modelers and not much else...like Razbam.

I dont know why you dont understand that ED HAS ACCUSED RAZBAM OF IP INFRINGEMENT and Im not going to try either. Its been talked to death, and Im not going to list all of the evidence thats already been listed 10 times already having already been mentioned by both Razbam and ED. Hint of advice: dont ever meet your heroes. Just...go read EDs statement, go read Razbams statements, and...whatever. Read into it what you want or must.

you seem to have this annoying "ignoring the facts" problem for some reason. jump to whatever conclusion you're going to jump to; theres no convincing you otherwise despite the evidence provided to you. Im just going to give you a small math equation for you: Razbam has been accused of IP infringement by ED; Razbam and Microprose announced some sort of deal recently for Falcon 5.0, with Razbam working on an F-15E; coincidentally, that happens to be the same one ED is paying Razbam for. 2+2=? how the hell does that amount to a small sum of money? you've zero idea how much money is to be paid. Im finding it hard to take you even remotely seriously nowadays. for all you know, it could be a 15 million dollar contract that gets dispersed at specific intervals, and you're making it out to be less than minimum wage + tips.

Yep, ED has to evaluate the model to see if it meets certain criteria before approving it for release candidate. This is probably why we dont have an F4U as of yet...

It always bothers me that when peoples preferred...whatever it may; whether political parties, brands, animals, food, helicopters, city...you know, whatever...that when they stab their customer in the back, its always someone elses fault. In the case of animals, its whatever environment that makes them what they are. People are stupidly blinded by their preferences, so it really bugs me when I see people sticking up for Razbam when it was they who dropped support on their products (and not just in DCS either, btw). That goes for ED as well, as there are plenty of criticisms and drama from years gone by. Ive criticized both Razbam and ED for the better part of 20+ years. I only see one group of people right now acting like man-children, and its not ED. Point is...is that people really should just STFU about the drama, quit pointing fingers, and just accept the fact that whats done is done. You arent helping your cause.

yeah something tells me that you have more problems than you're letting on. Before my current rig, I had an 8086k and a 3080ti with 128gb of ram with 3 SSD drives and it ran fine.

This happened to me when I updated TrackIR software.I reverted back to an older version and keep it that way today. Using 5.4.2.27545. -
Now why on Earth would I argue for ED to tap into Razbam to do a job that Razbam themselves seem to not want to do in the first place? Its KINDA the whole reason why we're here right now listening to little children bicker about their idols not failing or something or other. By the way, what kind of potato are you running?
