  1. That's a wonderful update. I truly love the F-14, and feel this module has set the bar. I keep buying things that come out, and some I haven't even stepped into the cockpit...but I'll always fly the Tomcat. Looking forward to the -A, and ya know, thanks HB.
  2. Thank you. I had to create the folder, works now.
  3. Quick, probably stupid question, but, where do we install the Viper liveries? I cannot seem to figure it out with this module.
  4. Eldur, that was indeed the problem. I hope I can modify the default map, ministick right/left is not intuitive at all. Thanks.
  5. I don't know if it's a binding issue, or if it's a "that doesn't work yet" issue; but I am unable to manipulate the controls for the console and instrument lighting, as well as the floods, etc.. I know the exterior lighting is still WIP, and am unsure regarding the cockpit lighting.
  6. It's neat. It looks good in VR. Lots to learn.
  7. I, unfortunately, watched her crash in 1987 in Pittsburgh. Sad she's gone forever now.
  8. NAS Fallon would be a welcome, and dare I say needed addition to the NTTR.
  9. He would get gas from the tanker, though I can't recall moments and terms right now, there's usually a tanker hanging out and is the last one on deck at the end of flight ops.
  10. F/A-18C and D under dissimilar air combat training during predeployment workups.
  11. When I was in, the USN simulated about a 50% kill rate with them in DACT.
  12. I hope that was sarcasm...
  13. What I'm discovering, at least at this point, is the water quality level is causing this issue. I was attempting to gain fps. I turned water quality to low, and lost my hands. I didn't realize that was the culprit prior to this. So starting with the VR preset, I've been working settings up/down, and when I tried water to low, I lost my hands. I will continue to test to make sure, at least on my end, if that is indeed the culprit. I just tested with the Hormuz Rocket Run in the F-14, and that was absolutely the setting that changed things. Everything was normal until I lowered the water quality to less than medium.
  14. Ok, I found it, here it should be options.zip
  15. I ran another set of repairs and cleanup, and then went to the menu and selected VR preset in graphics, and got my hands back. I'll tweak it to where I want it and see if my hands disappear again.
  16. No joy. I continue to have them in all the menus, but they don't appear in cockpit. Doesn't make a difference which aircraft I pick, I have no "hands". 190-D9, F-5, F/A-18, UH-1, Mi-8, F-14B, MiG-21 and 19, AJS-37, A-10C, M-2k, AV8B, doesn't matter which. No hands in cockpit. Turned off hand controls, closed menu, went back and turned on, no joy. I've run repair via powershell, no difference.
  17. So far, I've tried the Hornet and the Tomcat. I can try more. Everything I own, no hands in cockpit.
  18. Anyone experience disappearing hands in VR? Since the latest OB, I have no "hands" once I get in the cockpit. They exist everywhere else in game, but disappear when I go to fly. Any solutions? It's on Oculus Rift setup, have 3 sensors.
  19. During DACT off the east coast, it was a regular thing that the Cats would call "Knock it off, I'm out of gas" when "fighting" VFC-12. I know this isn't very scientific, but the Cats were regularly out of gas before the Bugs.
  20. For those times when you make it back to the boat...but you can't set a proper landing configuration due to damage? I could have used it more than once so far. Kind of sucks working hard to get home on backup systems, blowing the gear down, unable to sweep wings, etc, only to drag the wire right off the waist and drown.
  21. How many times did you hit 10G before this occurred?
  22. I'm at pd 1.4, MSAA x2, just sits to the left now.
