Does it have the same 4 mounting holes in the front? Is the gimbal construction similar to brd-ds but smaller scale? Looks like VPC 2.0 stick from the outside. Looks better.

Well put and i agree. The majority of aircraft is and probably will be combat ones, so i don't get this drama over one or two civilian modules. Variety is a good thing.

True, But i never touch those. Engine managment etc, and planes that have different quirky mechanical stuff to fiddle with to keep them flying right are cool.

Hoping for a non combat oriented aircraft. And a prop! i never load anything more than maby droptanks anyway. Flying and systems are more fun for me! :)

Had a go now and it feels alot nicer to fly now more organic and predictable. Only thing weird is ground effect hover which is very high now, say 70% torque and it settles in a hover really high above ground. A little less torque and it wants to go down to land not to settle closer to the ground, seems on/off with ground effect. But flying is more fun :thumbup:

In the end i dont see this as a deal breaker for this joystick at all.I just used som fine sandpaper and a little time and got a mirror like finish on one of the cams pretty easily. Anyone could do that. The big one is the screws and loctite, makes removing them a pain. 2 drilled and tapped new holes for me :) should have used hex head screws. Still haven't plugged it in yet. :thumbup: looking forward to that.
