  1. Yes, that you could aim and hit with it at all...practice and experience should probably be the decisive factor here.
  2. Hi, Well, yes, but according to ED, that's closer to reality. Then the change was good. With Petro AI I couldn't find out that he has problems recognizing and capturing a target.
  3. Hi, Thanks, that was enlightening for me too. I wrote it down in the manual for myself.
  4. Oder ein kleiner Blick ins Handbuch, Seite 175: null
  5. Except for the announcement regarding Petrovich AI voice-overs and the adjustment of the 9K113 system (again) no earth-shattering news...
  6. Hello, the following concerns the Mi-24P Guide, page 388, VHF/UHF R-863: For the R-863 radio it would not have to be something like this: "The R-863 radio set provides two-way voice communications in the VHF range of 100 to 149.975 MHz and UHF range of 220 to 399.975 MHz in AM or FM modes." Or am I completely wrong here?
  7. Hi, I can only agree with the previous speaker. I bought this campaign yesterday. I watched all the videos on youtube beforehand. I just wanted to know 'is the campaign worth the money'. And I was happy to pay full price for it, because that's what she is. Very demanding missions, very good briefings. You are forced to familiarize yourself with the A-10C and to adhere to certain procedures (e.g. see Take Off, etc.) You can tell that the campaign creator has put a lot of good thought into it. I'm looking forward to tonight when I can finally play the 1st mission. My wish @ChillNG: An equally high-quality campaign for the Mi-24 or AH-64D, the M2k or possibly the JF-17.
  8. ...and not to forget: Also no news regarding the improvement of the ATC...
  9. TFX and Eurofighter 2000... brings back memories. And then, later, there was Jane's Longbow & Longbow 2...
  10. Hi, You're absolutely right. The sound of the Harrier in DCS is terrible. And should be revised. And Razbam is doing just as good a job here as they are currently doing with the M2k.
  11. Hi@all, Since yesterday I've been playing the Worlds Apart campaign. I'm not a UH-1 fan. But this campaign has been implemented so well that it really grabbed me again. The campaign grabs you right from the start, it's challenging, you always know what to do, great documentary. Really high quality made! And it got me interested in the UH-1 again. I'm already looking forward to tonight when I can deal with it again... Now enough of the praise and my actual concern: PLEASE design a campaign of the same quality for the Mi-24P! I am sure you would deliver another hit.
  12. Hi Armen, Good to hear. Is it possible for you to give us a rough overview of what the campaign will be about?
  14. Hi, first of all a big thank you to @Dscross & @Hammer1-1 for their tips. I will try to implement this in the FA-18C. But since we are currently on the topic of Sparrow (and I personally really like being on the road with FOX 1s in DCS) and we have had the AIM-7P since 06/08/22: do we have advantages if we use the AIM-7P in DCS? Which variant is simulated (Block I or Block II)? This was not in the changelogs. If you know if there are already posts about this in the forum, please let me know.
  15. Hi, Unfortunately too many and I would like to give a few back or sell them, because it was a total bad buy...
  16. Hi, Thank you both for the explanation.
  17. Hi, I (finally) bought the Zone 5 Campaign (& Fear the Bones) today. Means for me: All other modules & campaigns are now irrelevant for the next few months. I've been watching videos of both campaigns on youtube for weeks now. And I don't think I will regret it. Regarding the engagement rules, I have a question: What exactly does soft deck mean? At least I can imagine Hard Deck: no fighting takes place from 500 feet and below. Is it correct?
  18. Simply great! Thx
  19. Hello@all, Is it so or am I wrong? Does Dora have a bad reputation in DCS World? Is she more or less ignored? Or am I wrong? I just think it's a shame because the Dora is, in my opinion, the best WWII module in DCS. I'm surprised that there isn't a single pay campaign for this module yet. The Kurfürst and the Anton each have one, we don't need to mention the Spitfire, there's even one for the P-47D & for the P-51D something like that. I myself have the Spitfire and the Dora. I also have a pay campaign for the Spitfire. But she just doesn't appeal to me. I would like to thank you in advance for useful contributions.
  21. I just watched the video about FBW and Trim. Question: If you pull such a high AOA on the F-16C (25 - 30 AOA), shouldn't the wings break at some point? Or the wing mounts? It's the same with the Mi-21 and JF-17. Or is that related to the G-forces? I'm no expert so I'm asking.
  22. Hello, I haven't watched everything yet, but the video of the F-16 landing is very informative. I'll watch the rest of the videos one by one. I am particularly interested in the subject of FBW and Trim. Btw: Are there such videos for the M2k?
