So i got rid of my 1060 6gb , now i have 1070Oc 8gb and with rift dcs 2.5 is awesome. Runing high texture setting, vis ultra, shadows low and terrain shadows flat. DS on, AFx2 full forest slider/ low Civilization traffic , preload middle setting. No v sync Both 1.5 PD and 1.2 PD with 2xMsaa run great, smooth as silk , no stutters. I prefer 1.5PD , without msaa i can spot ground targets much better. All SSD Im so happy, and best part is that my virpil T-50 will come in week or two :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hawk SAM Site no longer working ? 2.5 here with hotfix 3, clean install. I fell like idiot, cant get it work :/ Mission that i uploaded is made with mission generator. Just added hawk there. Im bit alone with AI, maybe i want too much :D But anyway: Roe=only designated + cas task -> looks to be only option that works. Now helos leave fighter jets alone and still take out other helos and tanks. More testers please, maybe we get some AI fixes sooner when there is more evidence that ai is fubar.

There is still (cheap) pots in Throttle axis so it will turn to crap sooner or later. Cant avoid it with pots :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

AI helos are super touch too. MI-28 take direct hit from hellfire and Keep flying :D same goes for AH-64’s , they can take many direct amraam shots and still fly :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This is combat sim, helos using laser guided missiles to fighterjets is far from realistic. Its just bad AI , and so is fighters that enage helos when they have RWR full of enemy planes.
